* The screen opens up with Alexander the Great standing in the center of a ring with a Black Man standing next to him. Not Just any Ordinary Black man, a Big black man. He is around 7'1'' or 7'2". Behind them is a Ladder, set up with a Plastic Replica belt hanging from the ceiling. Around the ring is various weapons such as Chairs, Kendo Sticks, Trash Cans, Steel Steps and other weapons. Alexander looks at the camera and begins to speak*
Alexander: Sobek, the point you made about your Size putting you closer to the belt was a valid one indeed. There are indeed many scenarios where a man of my stature opposed to yours will be put at a disadvantage when it really came down to it....especially in a match where height is indeed key. I can picture it now, we are battling atop the ladder. Who is winning the fight? It doesn't matter...because you simply stick your hand up and pull it down. It could end at the drop of a dime...just like that.
*Alex walks over to a trash can and pulls out a kendo stick. There is no point to this really it would seem, he just wants to have something to play with in his hands. As he spins the kendo stick around in his hands a bit, he begins to talk again*
Alexander: But for one moment, why don't we analyze a few scenarios in a different manner. What if when the floor dropped, the rope was your only hope for survival...and indeed it was still in your reach. But out of nowhere, a rock cracked you across your skull, causing it to be too much of a distraction to grab the rope in time, or too weak to hold onto it. Or perhaps you are being swept away by the river, and your only hope is a lonely branch.....but it snaps beneath your grasp and you are carried away by the will of the river.
*Alex puts the end of the kendo stick on the ground like a cane, and begins to wiggle it around for his own amusement*
Alexander: My point of saying of this is not to say that grabbing the title is the difficult part....but getting into position, is where the real difficulty lies. Which brings me to analyze the match even further. Going into the match, we know that there are no specific rules. That the only objective, is to climb the ladder and grab the title by any means necessary. And while that might give you the advantage of reach...that gives me the advantage of weaponry, or at least i'd like to think so. Ever since i was a young lad, i've been trained in the art of sword fighting, javelin throwing , knife tactics, and many many others that fall under the category. And in a fight where weapons and war tactics are allowed....the mind of a warrior is something dangerous.
*Alexander points his finger at the side of his head, symbolizing the mind of the warrior*
Alexander: The mind of the Warrior is the thing that says "You better hope your reach is enough, because after i'm done with you.....getting into position will be a great accomplishment at that. Your legs will buckle as you climb and your body will ache."
*Alexander puts his finger back down. He then nods, in which the Black Man responds by very slowly climbing the ladder*
Alexander: This is Don Carisso. He is a 7'1'' former line-backer whom now credifies himself as a Wrestler. He too has a height advantage. Don! Would you say that you can reach the title with no problems? *Don responds with a simple "Yeah!" and continues climbing* Yes, it would seem that you indeed have no problem when it comes to moving up the ladder, heck, he's already touching the belt. But what if i did this?
*Don looks back and says "Wait what?" and before he can respond, Alexander cracks the kendo stick that he is holding over the back of Don. Don doesn't let go of the ladder, but is convinced otherwise when he is struck again and falls down to his back. Don struggles to get up but is cracked across the face with the Kendo Stick yet again. Alexander, throws down the Kendo stick and walks to the corner and picks up a steel chair. Alexander smashes it over Don's mid-section, and then Smashes the leg. Seeming to be a machine on a mission. He continues bashing Don's body all over. After a few more strikes, Alexander rolls Don on his stomach and then slides the chair under his face. Alexander then picks up the giant steel steps that are in the ring and places the gap over the head of Don trapping him in place. Alexander walks over to the corner and picks up a trash can full of weapons and then throws it onto the top of Don. He continues doing this until the weapons are all piled up onto don, all except for the steel chair and kendo stick that he had used. Alexander then uses the steel chair and smacks the top of the steel steps. Alexander then adjusts the ladder and climbs up to the top, grabbing the Belt. he hops back down and holds up the belt once again looking at the camera. *
Alexander: The question i suppose you could ask yourself is "Which is better? A warriors mind or a Greater size?" it is a question i am looking forward to answering. By the end of the match you could be holding the title belt above your head...having snatched it down with your great reach. But what if at the end of your match you awaken to wondering what happened...only to find that as Great as your reach is.....The prize was just out of your grasp? To this, i use the cliche saying....Only time will tell. *Whispering* This do i decree...Signed, Alexander the Great
The Screen goes black as he tosses the plastic belt on top of the pile atop Don as the screen goes black.
