The camera lights up as the power is turned on and begins to record. Standing before it is the masked phenom, the entertainer, Master of Imitation and King of Copycat; Mimic. He is wearing a mask as normal, the left half black and the right red. There is a black puzzle piece on the front of the red side and a red puzzle piece on the black. He also has his black leather arm and wrist bands and red pants with black puzzle piece designs, all finished off with black leather boots with red outlines on the lacing of the boot. He is standing in front of the camera holding a piece of paper, looking down at, clearly concentrating rather hard and then a voice is heard from behind the camera, out of view.
"Hey, uhh Mimic. We're ready when you are, man."
Mimic looks up from the paper and stares at the man for a second then nods, handing his papers to someone off screen to the right and then stands up straight, folds his hands behind his back and proceeds, his british voice resounding clear and full of charm.
"Ladies and gents, we've got quite a show for you
Where three men will battle, instead of the norm of two.
It involves a toy maker, who just doesn't care
He talks to himself, and named his chair.
There's also a guy, all about the respect, loyalty and hustle
who can't win the match, if you outdo his muscle.
And finally the third, full of charm and wit
declaring him winner does indeed, seem fit.
But, the chairman requires that there be a match
just like all else in life, there's always a catch.
I'm not here to bore you, for this you both already know
Just want to wish you good luck, as your formidable foe."
Mimic then brings his arms up over his head and connects his index finger and thumb to form a circle, then extends the rest of his fingers on both hands straight out, as to imitate Nathan Harris.
"I gotta rebound, show I got what it takes
even though I fell victim to Alexander the Great.
Mackison is giving me another shot, to show I've got what it takes"
Mimic then drops his hands down again, and folds them behind his back.
"Don't choke mister Harris, I know how you get with high stakes."
Mimic then bends down, lowering his hands in front of him then stands back to his full height, keeping his right hand low and out of sight of the camera. He then brings his left hand up moving it back and forth in various ways on top of his head, as if he is combing his hair into a neat style. He then clears his throat and speaks in a very well done William Frost-esque voice.
"I hate to be... The bearer of bad news...
But, I've seen the future... And you're both gonna lose...
I've got some toys... and gifts for you two..."
Mimic then let's out a William Frost-like giggle. He then, reaches down with his left hand grabs onto the hidden object, then lifts both arms to reveal a chair with the words "The Present" spray painted in black on it and speaks with his normal accent.
"Bring all your gifts, Frost, I've got a similar present just for you."
Mimic then let's the chair drop to the floor with a clank, and returns his arms to the folded position behind his back.
"While you are both respectable men
I just can't see either holding gold, as champion.
So let's come to an agreement, calm your sense of mind
to save yourselves from embarrassment, for in this match... that's all... you will find!"
Mimic bows as if he had just given an emmy winning performance and applause are heard from behind the camera. After a couple seconds the applause then pick up and roses are tossed at his feet. Mimic whispers sweet "Thank You"s under his breath as the scene fades to black.

As with many roleplays there are some issues with grammar and punctuation, but I enjoyed reading this. There were some good and inventive rhymes. I found myself smiling at many a time (sorry had to give it a try. I don't leave it for others I'm that sort of a guy). Okay I am done even though it was lots of fun.
Ok more seriously. You hit the points. You advanced character, wrote an inventive roleplay, and also commented on this specific match. Well done.
