Runaway by the Hail the Villain begins to play as the camera pans around the audience who completely goes crazy out of pure excitement for tonight’s show and the fireworks and various pyromechanics begin to go off on the stage.
Frank Roberts: “Hello and welcome to Saturday Night Crackdown! I’m Frank Roberts and this is my commentating partner for the evening, Steve Richardson.”
Steve Richardson: “And boy do we have a great show for y’all tonight! First ever divas match to kick the night off!”
Frank Roberts: “Woowee, Steve! I can’t wait! We need some females around this place!”
Steve Richardson: “Please try and keep it in your pants Frank… We’ve also got a big tag team match pitting Dante Pritchard and Joseph Copeland against The Feared, whom they attacked on last week’s show. Will we see a new tag team emerge, or will yet another pair be quieted by the Intimidating duo?”
Frank Roberts: “Then, we’ve got a couple of men looking for some redemption after a poor few weeks, it’s Max Cranson and the man who attacked him last week out of no other reason than anger, HardKore Comley.”
Steve Richardson: “And I don’t even know if you want a victory against him, cause it seems like no matter what, win or lose, you’re getting a punishment of some sort from him.”
Frank Roberts: “The fourth match is a big one, a triple threat to see who becomes #1 contender for the Real Wrestling Federation Television Champion.”
Steve Richardson: “And then to follow that, a rematch from last week to see who becomes #1 contender for the RWF Heavyweight Championship!”
Frank Roberts: “And to finish the night on the biggest hype of them all, Champion versus Champion as Xavier Serikaz our Television champion goes 1-on-1 with the RWF World Heavyweight Champion, Alexander The Great!”
Not soon after Frank Roberts finishes the theme music begins to play.
After the intro to the song plays through and it picks up a little bit, Angelique walks out through the backstage curtain with a smile on her face and gets a big pop from the crowd, especially the guys.
Ring Announcers: “Tonight’s match is schedule for one fall and is the first ever Divas match in the Real Wrestling Federation! Introducing first, from Greenwich, Connecticut! Aaaangeliiiiique!”
As her name is announced she raises her left arm into the air and swivels her hips from side to side and then continues down the ramp, strutting in a confident yet sexy way as she takes in the cheers and occasional whistling from the crowd. She moves from left to right on the ramp, slapping a few fives on fans and then throws a wink to one of the men in the front row before continuing on her way. Upon reaching the ring area she walks around to the steel steps, then climbs them before entering the ring between the middle and bottom ropes. She then, moves over to the nearest turnbuckle and raises one of her arms high into the air, with her index finger extended then jumps down and backs up to her respected corner and awaits her opponent.
Ring Announcer: “And her opponent! From Hollywood California, Verrronicaaaaa Taaaaylor!”
After a 45 second intro to the song is done and the beat has dropped, Veronica Taylor walks out with a seductive look on her face and pauses at center stage and starts waving her body around strip tease style, getting really low and then slowly coming back up to a standing position, only she is bent over with her bum perked nice and high. After holding the pose for a couple seconds and getting some cheers from the guys and lots of whistling she continues down the ramp making sure her hips are swinging for the men. She then reaches the ring and heads around to the steel steps. She makes her way up them, looking back at the audience after each step and then walks out to the middle of the apron. Veronica looks over the audience again with a smile then puts one leg through the middle and top ropes and slowly bends over as she goes in under the top rope. After completely getting through she brings her other leg through and then moves over to the corner opposite of Angelique and gives her a disgusted look. Angelique just does some warm up bounces, keeping a serious look on her face as she prepares herself mentally for the match.
Frank Roberts: “The best part about this job, Steve! Two beautiful wrestling for our entertainment!”
Steve Richardson: “Oh, brother…”
The two divas move in to the center of the ring and lock up and the bell is rung, signaling the beginning of the match. After a short struggle, Angelique starts to push Veronica back into the corner, but is stopped when Veronica gives her a kick to the gut then grabs Angelique’s hair and lets out a yell as she yanks on it. She then throws Angelique down by her hair, so that Angelique lands on her back and quickly mounts her.
Steve Richardson: “Well Veronica Taylor is already giving me an uneasy feeling starting off her debut with a cheap shot.”
Frank Roberts: “Oh relax and enjoy the show, Steve!”
Veronica then starts slapping Angelique’s head both from the left and right and the ref starts to count, getting to a 4-count before Veronica stops. She then walks slowly around the ring looking out at the audience and then stops in front of Angelique and does the same bend down and slowly come back up motion that she had done on the entrance stage.
Frank Roberts: “Oh man! Steve, are you seeing this?! She is putting on quite a show!
Steve Richardson: “Oh brother, is more like it. We have a job to do, Frank.”
The motion draws some cheers from some of the men in the audience, but overall just aggravates Angelique, motivating her to get to her feet even faster. She runs Veronica and takes her down with a clothesline. Veronica gets right back up, only to be knocked to her back by another clothesline from Angelique. She then gets up a third time and as Angelique reaches her, she throws her right hand out and sneaks a quick eye poke in there causing Angelique to stagger backward holding her eye.
Steve Richardson: “Oh c’mon! Another cheap shot? Ring the damn bell ref!”
The referee starts to give her a warning and get in her face but she just giggles and nods then leans up and gives him a kiss on the cheek and taps his nose with her right index finger and he pretty much melts and gives her a smile.
Steve Richardson: “What? Now the ref is on her side?!”
Frank Roberts: “You would be to after a kiss from her, Steve!”
Veronica then turns away from the ref and her smile disappears as she charges in and hits a running knee to the gut of Angelique, causing her to flip over onto her back. Veronica then gets down and covers her, possibly looking for a sneaky win 1…t- but doesn’t even get the full two count as Angelique shows resistance. Veronica then moves around to the head of Angelique and stands on her hair. She then bends down very slowly and looks back with a seductive look, drawing some cheers from the crowd, before grabbing the arms of Angelique and then she begins pulling on them, causing Angelique to yell in pain as he hair is tugged on. The ref starts to count and only gets to a 2-count and suddenly stops as Veronica gives him a wink, then makes a kissy face at him.
Steve Richardson: “What is goin’ on here?! Did he just stop the count?!”
The ref finally snaps out of it when Angelique lets out another yell in pain and then finishes counting to 4 before forcing Veronica to break the hold. Veronica then reaches down and grabs onto Angelique’s hair again, this time pulling her up to her feet by it. She gives Angelique a slap across the face letting out a yell as she does it. She then turns and looks at the crowd and nods with a smile on her face, before turning back to Angelique, only to be grabbed and hammered with a jawbreaker. Veronica stumbles backward holding her chin with her right hand and using her left hand to grab the ropes and keep her balance and Angelique remains on her knees, holding the top of her head with her left hand after all the hair pulling. Veronica then pushes off the ropes and charges in, looking for a knee to the head but Angelique manages to move out of the way and get to her feet. Veronica runs to the other side and rebounds again, only to turn around right into a dropkick by Angelique, dropping her to her back holding her jaw. Veronica lets out a shriek as she goes down and immediately the referee moves in and pushes Angelique back warning her.
Steve Richardson: “This is ridiculous. Right as Angelique starts to get some offense mounted, Veronica gets the refs on her side and gets to regain her stamina under their protection.”
Frank Roberts: “It’s smart, Steve. It’s called strategy!”
Steve Richardson: “No Frank, I know strategy and that my friend, is downright cheatin’!”
After Veronica lets the ref know she’s okay, he backs up and she immediately charges out at a waiting Angelique who just tosses her straight up into the air and then as Veronica comes down, Angelique leaps up and hits a dropkick knocking her right out of the air onto her back. Again Veronica yells out, but Angelique just covers her anyway. 1…2- but barely get s a 2-count before Veronica kicks out and then crawls away. Angelique however, does not back down and charges after her. Veronica quickly grabs onto the nearest ropes and holds on so Angelique is forced to back off and then slowly gets up to her feet. After a couple seconds she again tries to lash out at Angelique, who side steps her and pushes her with the momentum causing her to run to the opposite ropes. Angelique then bends down to hit a back body drop, but Veronica stops and gives her a kick across the chest causing her to come up to a standing position with a squeal of pain. Angelique immediately lashes out with a clothesline though, that Veronica ducks under. Then, Angelique turns around only to get a poke to the eye again and she stumbles back, holding it.
Steve Richardson: “He can’t keep allowing these pokes to the eye. Angelique is gonna sustain permanent damage!”
Veronica then yells as she charges in, only to be side stepped. Angelique then lifts Veronica up sidewalk slam style as she passes by and drops her down to the mat before covering her. 1…2.- but only gets a 2-count before the pin is broke up. Angelique wastes no time, immediately putting Veronica into a headlock off the cover. Each time she wrenches down on it, Veronica lets out a loud, dramatic yell as if the world is ending, keeping up this damsel in distress charade. After a minute or so of this going on Veronica starts to fight to get up, managing to get up to one knee. She then throws an elbow into the gut of Angelique and gets to her feet. Angelique wrenches on the headlock and then has another elbow thrown into her gut. Angelique then fires a third and a fourth, but the momentum is quickly shut off as Angelique transitions into a Russian leg sweep and then plants Veronica firmly to the mat and covers. 1…2…- but only gets a two and a half count before Veronica kicks out.
Steve Richardson: “Angelique showing she’s the better wrestler of the two thus far, overcoming all those cheap shots.”
Frank Roberts: “Who cares, Steve. As long as we’re getting this awesome show, it doesn’t matter who wins!”
Angelique then gets up to her feet and squats down low, in front of Veronica Taylor’s downed body. She then leaps up as high as she can and comes down leg drop style across the chest of Veronica, smashing her against the mat with a thud. Veronica yells out and rolls away thinking she’s getting free of the onslaught as she stops just in front of the turnbuckle. Angelique then runs toward her and leaps over the body causing Veronica to flinch as she lands on the second rope. She then pulls herself up onto the top rope and turns toward the inside of the ring and then leaps off doing a shooting star press in the air, only to Veronica Taylor roll away. However, Angelique shows some athleticism and awareness as she lands on her feet. Taylor lays there catching her breath, unaware that Angelique had just landed on her feet. Angelique realizes this and moves in so that she isn’t in Veronica’s sights. Veronica starts to get up and Angelique makes sure that she stays behind her as she does so. Then, as Veronica reaches her feet, Angelique charges in from behind her and hits a bulldog on her, running her straight into the mat, before rolling her over for the cover. 1…2…th- but Veronica manages to throw a shoulder up and breaks the count.
Steve Richardson: “Despite her cheating ways, I will say that Veronica is doing very well in keeping herself in this match.”
Angelique then starts bringing Veronica up to her feet whom, appears to be out of it. The crowd starts to get behind her, realizing that she may be looking to finish the match right here. Then, as Veronica gets to her knees she thrusts her arm out in a low blow motion and brings it up in between the legs of Angelique who just gives her a weird look. “What did you think was gonna be down there, honey?” she asks Veronica before delivering a slap so hard, it caused Veronica’s eyes to spin and the crowd erupts with cheers.
Frank Roberts: “Oh man! What a slap!”
Steve Richardson: “That’ll take the taste right outta your mouth, Frank!”
Angelique wastes no time immediately turning after the slap and catching Veronica stunner style, then finishing the Angel Stun in a seated style. Veronica’s body just falls to the mat after the move and she is motionless. The crowd starts “Angelique! Angelique! Angelique!” chants as she rolls Veronica’s body over and covers. 1…2…3!
Veronica’s music immediately starts playing as she gets to her feet with a wide grin on her face. The ref raises her hand and then the ring announcer puts the microphone to his lips.
Ring Announcers: “And the winner of the match! Angeeeeeeeliiiiique!”
The fans continue giving her a big pop as she drops down and rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope and then heads up the entrance ramp, slapping some high fives as she does so. As she reaches the stage she turns around and throws her left arm up into the air with her index finger extended and then turns around to head backstage and the cameras go to commercial.
~Commercial Break~Steve Richardson: “Welcome back from Commercial Break, folks!”
Frank Roberts: “We’d like to first off congratulate Angelique on winning her first match, and for being the winner of the first ever Divas match in the Real Wrestling Federation!”
Steve Richardson: “Now we move onto tag team action!”
He jumps around in the smoke a couple seconds before stepping out in front of it and shaking his arms around, warming them up. The fans stand to their feet and cheer for the son of their beloved WWE Superstar, Edge in hopes that he will be anything like his father.
Ring Announcer: “The second match of the evening is a tag team match set for one fall! Introducing first, weighing in at 241 pounds! From Ontario, Canada! Jooooseph Coooopelaaaaand!”
Joseph then stops at the edge of the ramp, dropping his head down toward the ramp for a couple seconds, then in one motion raises both of his arms and his face towards the ceiling and pyro mechanics go off behind him from left to right then back again and once it stops he throws his arms down with intensity turning to his left as he does so and saying something to the fans as he bounces up and down rapidly then points to himself. He then, continues down the ramp toward the ring his sunglasses warn proudly on his face, a black leather trench coat, snapped together around his neck hanging down around the knee area, shirtless, r tights with the word "Edge" on one leg and "Rated R" on the other in honor of his father and finished off with black leather boots. He then stops at the area right before the ring and starts moving his hands around and does warm up bounces then, charges for the ring and slides in under the bottom rope, holding himself in a push up position. Joseph then jumps up to his feet and moves over to the nearest turnbuckle. He then waves his head from left to right, headbanger style for a couple seconds then throws his head up, as well as his hands in a "rock on" style (closed fist with index finger and pinky extended). He then jumps down and runs across to the opposite side of the ring getting up on the ropes, his left leg on the bottom and right leg on the middle and then starts bouncing as the fans continue to cheer. After doing this for a couple seconds he jumps off the ropes, turning in mid air as he does so and lands on his feet then turns his body to face the entrance ramp/stage and puts his arms as up as if he were presenting something.
After a minute or so of waiting for someone to come out, the music is cut and Joseph Copeland snatches the microphone out of the Ring Announcer’s hands.
Joseph Copeland: “Due to an injury courtesy of the masked, fairy tale assholes Dante won’t be able to make it to this match, so it’s now a 2-on-1 tag match. Me versus them!
Joseph then lowers the microphone as the fans give him some cheers out of respect and then brings it back to his lips once it gets quiet again.
Joseph Copeland: “Just a fair warning. You might wanna put any children you have to bed, cause things are about to become Rated-R!”
The crowd then begins cheering as Joseph hands the mic back to the ring announcer and backs into his corner giving himself a couple warm up slaps to either of his cheeks to get ready for the match.
You Only Live Once by Suicide Silence begins to play and the fans jump to their feet knowing what was coming next. The crowd is in uproar and then both Scream and Slash walk out from behind the curtain stopping at the top of the stage, Scream adjusting his right glove with his left hand and Slash moving his arms around, warming them up and the fans practically blow the roof off. Scream then leads the way as they head down the ramp, Scream now adjusting his left glove with his right hand. They then both stop at mid ramp and Slash drops to one knee, stretching his arm out straight down and placing his fist on the ramp, and Slash stands directly behind him, bending his head down and bringing his right hand up to his forehead. Then, their movements almost in unison, Scream slowly bends his arm at the elbow flexing as he does so and Slash pulls his sleek silver hair back over his head. They both finish their taunts at the same time, the fans still going crazy then they both continue down the ramp. Scream walks around to the steel steps and Slash walks forward rolling in under the bottom rope. Scream then walks out to the middle of the apron on the left side of the ring, as Slash runs across to the far side of the ring and rebounds off then, hooking his arms on the ropes and stopping himself. Only to be met by a charging Joseph Copeland who clotheslines him backward over the ropes. Slash bounces off the apron before hitting the floor below and Joseph turns and charges for Scream who is halfway in from the apron and hits a running dropkick on Scream, that sends him out onto the floor below as well.
Frank Roberts: “If Copeland was trying to even his odds a little bit, I think he sure did a heck of a job!”
Steve Richardson: “You said it, Frank!”
Joseph then runs back across to the other side of the ring, where Slash is now up on the outside and he dives over the top rope crossbody-style and lands on Slash, knocking him right back to the floor. Joseph then shoots up with a roar and turns around to roll into the ring under the bottom rope. Scream rolls in at the same time as him and they both end up standing at the same time and the bell is rung signaling the official start to the match.
Steve Richardson: “Finally the bell is rung and the match is officially under way!”
Joseph and Scream move into the center of the ring to lock up and Copeland doesn’t stop his forward momentum for a second as he quickly backs Scream into a corner and gives him a quick knife-edge chop to the chest before backing up with a serious look on his face. Scream then takes a step toward him, pounding his own chest with his right fist and then Copeland again pushes him into the corner and reels back like he’s gonna hit another chop, but Scream gets his hands up, only for Copeland to hit a gut kick instead. He then hooks Scream DDT style and lets out a roar, possibly looking for an Edgecution in the early goings but Scream recognizes it and pushes him off.
Frank Roberts: “Copeland looking to get one of the members of the Feared out of the match in the early goings!”
Steve Richardson: “Sure was! But, as usual The Feared members are ready and aware.”
Copeland the charges forward and slams Scream back first against the turnbuckle, driving his shoulder into Scream’s gut at the same time. He then pulls back and rams Scream’s gut again and then pulls back and hits it again. The next time Joseph tries to pull back however, Scream grabs him DDT-style to stop him from backing up. Copeland tries multiple times to pry free, but Scream holds and then makes a tag to Slash who made it up to the apron a little earlier.
Steve Richardson: “Here’s where The Feared become dangerous, when they can keep one another fresh with those tags!”
Slash then hops up over the top rope and moves around so that he’s behind Joseph. He then bends down to grabs Copeland’s legs, but instead receives a back kick to the midsection that causes him to drop to one knee. Copeland then lifts Scream northern lights suplex style and crashes him down back first over the back of Slash and shoots back to his feet with a roar, feeling the momentum.
Frank Roberts: “Woah! Didja see that move, Steve?! He got both members of The Feared with one move!”
Scream then rolls out under the bottom rope and Joseph lifts Slash the rest of the way to his feet and gives him a couple of chops to the chest, driving him back against the ropes and the Irish whips him. Slash however holds onto his arm and instead whips him across the ring. Copeland rebounds and Slash lies down on the mat in front of him as he turns around, causing Copeland to leap over him and charge across the ring. He then rebounds again and comes back, and Slash jumps up turn sideways in the air to make sure he clears Copeland’s head, only to have Copeland stop underneath him and adjust so that he catches Slash Electric Chair style and almost instantly he calls back completing the Electric Chair drop. Slash barely has time to reach back and nurse his back, before Copeland covers him. 1…2- but just gets a 2 count before Slash throws the shoulder up.
Steve Richardson: “Wow this rookie really showing he’s got skills here in the early goings of this 2-on-1 matchup against The Feared!”
Copeland then turns and runs to the apron where Scream is and throws and elbow shot out as he rebounds, but Scream hops down to the floor himself to dodge the blow and then begins to climb back up as Copeland heads back for Slash who is barely up to his knees. Copeland then leaps up going for a running dropkick, but Slash rolls forward to dodge it. Joseph quickly recovers and shoots to his feet, but Slash is quicker as he ends up behind Copeland and then wraps his arms firmly around Joseph’s waist and then goes to lift him German Suplex style, but is stopped when Copeland reaches back with his foot and wraps it around Slash’s. Slash let’s up for a second then quickly tries pulling again, trying to catch Copeland off guard, but he quickly gets his foot back again, only to have it knocked loose by Scream who had gotten in the ring. Slash then lifts Copeland up and slams him down on his back/neck with the Germans Suplex and bridges for the cover. 1…2- but barely gets a two count before Copeland kicks out and backs himself into a corner in a kneeling position pulling his hair up out of his eyes as he eyes the two men standing before him.
Frank Roberts: “Scream comes to his partner’s aid and Copeland may be in some trouble here.”
Steve Richardson: “Copeland knows he got lucky, I don’t think he’ll be turning his back on either of The Feared, the rest of this match.”
The ref then forces Scream back out to the apron and Slash nods to Scream who then points and Slash immediately turns to see Copeland charging. He quickly dives to his right to dodge and Copeland ends up sliding across the ring on his knees after going for a sneaky spear.
Steve Richardson: “Copeland just inches from hitting that spear on Slash! If Scream wasn’t there to point that out, this match could be over right now.”
Joseph then turns around, getting to his feet to see Slash charging. Slash leaps up as if he’s gonna kick Copeland in the head, but Joseph instead just grabs him by the foot and falls back flapjack style. Little did he know he was playing right into Slash’s plan and on Slash’s way down to the mat he slaps a tag on the outstretched arm of Scream who comes barreling into the ring before the flapjack is even complete. Joseph gets to his feet quickly, but not near as quick as Scream who was already upon him. Copeland tries to get the best of him by lashing out with a clothesline, but Scream is ready and counters it right into a snap powerslam, holding for the cover. 1…- but doesn’t get more than a 1 before Joseph kicks out. Copeland then spins around and comes up to his feet in one motion but takes a knee strike to the gut, causing him to bend over. Scream drops down and spins, using his heel to kick Copeland’s feet out from under him. He falls to his stomach on the mat and instantly starts to get up, but only gets to his knees before he is hooked DDT-style. Scream then instantly kicks out and falls back for the Snap DDT style however, after the initial impact, Copeland uses the momentum to roll forward and ends up holding Scream down in a northern lights bridge 1…2…- but only gets a two and a half before Scream breaks up the quick roll up.
Frank Roberts: “Copeland just took the DDT and turned it around on em, Steve!”
Steve Richardson: “He’s looking very impressive in this outing, Frank. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what else he can do!”
Both men get to their feet and Copeland backs up slapping his forehead trying to clear the cob webs and in comes Scream who throws a leaping knee strike in Copeland’s direction. Joseph quickly turns and pushes Scream with his momentum toward the cornerpost. Scream manages to grab the top rope on either side of the turnbuckle with both hands and then pushes off with his momentum to go up and over Copeland, landing in behind him. He then hits a low elbow shot to the small of Copeland’s back causing Joseph to lean back holding it. Scream then catches him reverse DDT style and instantly falls down with him, planting him to the mat. Scream then swings around and up to his feet and stomps on Copeland’s gut, causing him to come to a seated position.
Frank Roberts: “Uh oh! We’ve seen this maneuver before, Steve!”
In the same motion, Scream spins around and comes out of the spin kicking Copeland in the chest and sending him back to the mat. He then spins again and stomps the gut of Joseph Copeland again. He continues pushing the momentum of the spin, hitting another kick to the chest of Copeland and sending him back to the mat again. He repeats this again and again and again until it looks almost like he’s headbanging to a heavy metal song because he’s sitting up and being kicked back down so much and then it finally stops when Copeland turns his body and grabs the pivoting foot of Scream and yanks it out from under him, causing him to fall to his back. Copeland then rolls away and out under the bottom rope to regain some stamina and get out of harm’s way for a moment.
Steve Richardson: “Tries to by himself some time from the onslaught that The Feared is putting together.”
Joseph is only resting a moment before he his head is bounced off the apron from behind, by Slash who had sneaked around the outside of the ring. Copeland then looked up to see why the ref hadn’t stopped him. The referee was turned around the other way, talking or something, with Scream. Slash then rolled Copeland in under the bottom and Scream was instantly done with the conversation as he moved in. He went for a soccerball kick to Copeland who had begun to use the ropes to get up, but his foot was caught. Holding the caught foot in his right arm, Copeland pushed Scream in the chest with his freehand, to knock him on his back and then put his foot through the middle of Scream’s legs. He wrapped Scream’s legs around his own, Sharpshooter style, and then began to roll him over. Scream began fighting it and Copeland managed to get him about halfway over before he couldn’t get it anymore. Thinking quickly he held the legs in position, turning his body back to face toward Scream and then uses his arms to push at Scream until he was in a sharpshooter hold, but Copeland was facing toward him, instead of away, he locked in the Edgecator and smiled nodding his head as the ref moved in to ask.
Frank Roberts: “You can definitely see a lot of his father in his moveset!”
However, he only has the move locked in for a moment and Slash is in the ring. He charges in and looks for a running knee to the head of Copeland who quickly lets go of the hold and lays back to dodge it. Then as Slash rebounds off the ropes, right behind them, chest first, Copeland pulls him over school boy style. Joseph quickly let’s go of the hold and gets to his feet. Slash uses the back rolling motion to get to his feet quickly to, only to get a gut kick from Copeland. He bends over and Joseph hooks him DDT style looking from left to right, then tries to lift Slash for the Edgecution, but he won’t budge. He looks down at his boots to see if Slash had wrapped his boot around, but there was nothing. He tries again and Slash doesn’t budge, and then he sees it a little too late, Scream had held Slash’s legs down and was lunging toward him. Scream’s outstretched arm punches right into the gut of Copeland causing him to bend over. Slash and Scream then get on either side of him and hit a double arm drag. Joseph hits the mat and instantly goes to a seated position, holding his back and then before he can react, Slash hits a soccerball kick to his back and at the same time, Scream hits one to his front. Joseph falls to a laying position after yelping from the pain and Scream moves into cover as Slash goes to the apron.
Steve Richardson: “What a double team maneuver by The Feared and this could be it for Copeland!”
Frank Roberts: “He’s put up a great effort, Steve. But, a single man isn’t going to overcome both members of The Feared.”
1…2…- but Joseph manages to throw a shoulder up at two and a half and keeps the match going. Scream then brings him up to his feet and hooks him DDT style, and marches him back to The Feared’s corner. Scream then holds his left hand back without even looking and Slash slaps the tag and leaps in over the top rope. He moves around and they hook Copeland double suplex style, facing the ropes. They then lift him up suplex style and drop him forward so that his legs bounce off the top rope and then with momentum of the spring off the ropes they hit a double snap suplex that knocks the wind out of Copeland. His eyes go wide as he tries to catch his breath, rolling away from his two attackers. Scream gets out onto the apron and Slash moves in. Slash gets about halfway to Copeland before he takes off charging and hits a low dropkick on Copeland, his boots colliding with Joseph’s side causing him to yell out in pain. Slash then raises him up to his feet and grabs him DDT-style but only holds him there for a second before doing a rolling-like movement and landing neckbreaker style on Copeland before covering him 1…2…t- but Joseph manages to kick out getting an “OOOOH!” from the fans.
Steve Richardson: “Not sure how much more of this punishment Joseph Copeland is gonna be able to take.”
Frank Roberts: “I don’t get why he just doesn’t give up and stop the beating!”
Slash then grabs Copeland by the arm and yanks it, pulling Copeland up to his feet. He then twists the arm around and hits a leg lariat, knocking Joseph right back down to the mat. Slash then starts to cover but, then stops right in front of Joseph and puts his palm to his forehead. The fans begin to cheer knowing what’s happening, and then he slowly brings his hand up, pulling his sleek, silver hair back over his head. Slash then backs up, measuring Copeland as he gets to his feet. Joseph uses the ropes to pull himself up, then shakes his head a couple times trying to clear his thoughts and then turns around. Slash immediately lunges forward looking for Scrape (double palms to the gut) but Copeland launches a big boot instead as Slash crouches down and nearly takes his head off.
Steve Richardson: “Woah! What a kick by Copeland!”
Joseph lies there for a moment trying to regain stamina and Slash summons his strength and gets to his feet quickly, holding his head as he walks over and tags in Scream, who quickly gets in the ring between the middle and top ropes. He briskly walks over to Copeland who comes flying up from a kneeling position and knocks Scream to his back with a forearm shot. Scream gets right back up and Copeland hits him with another one that knocks him right back down. Scream gets up a third time and this time, Joseph lifts him flapjack style and drops him to the mat. Copeland then shoots up to a standing position and is all fired up, he starts jumping up and down rapidly with his eyes wide.
Steve Richardson: “Looks like Joseph Copeland isn’t down and out just yet!”
Scream is already getting to his feet so Joseph charges in and goes for a running calf kick, but Scream ducks it and charges across the ring underneath it. Both men rebound off their ropes and come back. Scream comes off the ropes and spins then thrusts his arm out going for the Silencer, but Copeland manages to duck under it. He then turns as he passes by, grabs Scream’s head with both hands and brings him down Edge-o-Matic style to the mat and pulls Scream’s leg up for the cover. 1…2…- but Scream manages to kick out at two and a half.
Frank Roberts: “Oh! So close!”
Steve Richardson: “Copeland pulling another trick out of his dad’s old bag and almost gets a win over The Feared!”
Copeland then backs up into the corner opposite of the side that Scream is laying on and squats down and pulls his hair over the side of his head, as his eyes grow wide. Scream starts to get up and he nods his rapidly and starts slightly bouncing, holding onto the ropes with his right hand and doing a “get up” motion with his left hand. Scream then slowly stumbles to his feet and turns to face Joseph who is already charging, looking for the spear. Scream however manages to side step it and charges for his partner on the apron. Copeland catches himself, before he hits the turnbuckle and turns his attention on the two tag members, noticing that Scream will make the tag before he gets there he charges setting his angle at Slash who doesn’t noticed. Scream slaps the tag and immediately moves out to the apron. Slash jumps up and over the top rope as he normally would, only to get Speared right out of the air! The crowd is completely silent, wondering what the heck is going on with their tag team. Copeland then covers but the ref doesn’t begin counting, because as Slash was falling to the mat, he had reached back to the waiting, outstretched hand of Scream and made a second tag.
Frank Roberts: “What?! Why isn’t the ref counting?!”
Steve Richardson: “Slash and Scream made a second tag! They fooled us all!”
Copeland sits there on his knees yelling at the ref while raking at his hair and then is pulled up to his feet by Scream. He turns around to see who it was and Scream has already completed his spin and then throws hit arm with full force, completing the Silencer (spinning throat thrust) and sending Copeland to the mat with authority. Scream then drags Copeland’s body away from the ropes and covers him 1…2…3!
The Feared’s music begins to play and crowd gives them a big pop as they 3-count is made. Scream stands to his feet and Slash uses the ropes to get to his. The ref then raises both of their arms .
Ring Announcer: “And here are your winners, The Feeeeeeaaaaared!”
Slash and Scream then pull their arms away and climb out of the ring, down to the floor below. They both then head up the entrance ramp, ignoring the fans despite the show of support and continue through to the backstage area and the scene goes to commercial break.
~Commercial Break~Steve Richardson: “Despite a phenomenal showing in his debut, Joseph Copeland was not able to pull out an upset of the RWF’s premier tag team, The Feared!”
Frank Roberts: “But, like you said he put up quite a fight and can walk away from that match with his head held high.”
The lights go out and an eerie music box starts to play, slowly distorting till the guitars begin to play heavy and loud. As the song plays, the lyrics "I'm the Blood Red Sandman coming home" The lights turn on to see Max Cranson in the middle of the ring holding his left fist up in the air, just above his head and his “Boomstick” draped over his right shoulder. He steps around the ring just a couple inches from the ropes, looking out over the crowd as he slowly taps the Boomstick against his shoulder and then stops in the far corner to wait for his very large and very angry opponent.
The music blasts to life and fire shoots up out of the turnbuckles. Then, Comley steps out from behind the curtain with his head lowered and the fans give him a mixed reaction, some a fan of his destructive ways and others not a fan of it.
Ring Announcer: “The first match of the night is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, weighing in at 323 pounds! From Portsmouth, England! HaaaardKooooore Comleeeeeyyyy!”
He makes his way slowly down the ramp which has open burning flames lining the sides the entire way down. There is also fire coming up from every side of the ring apron except for the side closest to the entrance ramp, almost as if Comley is using the fire to keep his opponent from running away. Upon reaching the ring Comley kneels down on the floor before the ring and then the lights go off and the music gets quiet. After a few seconds, all in the blink of an eye; the lights come back on, the music comes back blasting through the sound system and an explosion of flames comes up all around the ring. Comley is then seen standing a couple feet from Max Cranson, whose grip is now tightening around the handle to his Boomstick. Comley then laughs as he backs into his corner doing a cutthroat taunt as he does so.
Steve Richardson: “As we mentioned before, Comley is both dangerous as a winner and a loser. You almost just don’t want to be in a match with him at all.”
Frank Roberts: “Unfortunately for Max Cranson, he’s trying to snap a losing streak against this giant man whose mind is set on one thing, and one thing only, destruction. “
The ref then walks over to Max Cranson, whose eyes haven’t left HardKore Comley yet and starts trying to take the Boomstick from him. Cranson struggles with him, and Comley starts moving in to put an end to the nonsense and Cranson releases the Boomstick. The referee gives him a warning and then moves over to drop it to the outside. While his back is turned, Cranson takes a couple steps forward and gives Comley a kick right to the groin. Comley’s legs give out and he drops to his knees, holding his crotch.
Steve Richardson: “Oh come on! Turn around ref! Call that man out!”
Frank Roberts: “He doesn’t see it, Steve. This match could already be over!”
While the ref is handing the Boomstick out, he signals for the bell to be rung and then turns around to see Cranson take a couple steps forward and hit a shining wizard on the kneeling Comley who falls to his back. Cranson then covers him 1…2…th- but Comley kicks out anyway!
Frank Roberts: “Oh! I thought it was over right there, Steve!”
Cranson can’t believe that Comley kicked out of that alone, but nonetheless he lifts Comley into a seated position and from behind him, Max Cranson starts hitting clubbing forearm shots across the chest of Comley. After about ten of them he throws Comley’s head back against the mat again and covers him 1…2…th- but, again Comley kicks out and the crowd answers with an “OOOOH!” Cranson wastes no time getting to his feet. He then stomps on the chest and abdomen of HardKore Comley multiple times and then brings him up to a seated position again. Cranson then punches Comley in the head twice and takes off across the ring. Max then rebounds and comes back hitting a dropkick to the chest of the seated HardKore Comley, tossing him back against the mat again and Cranson covers 1…2…th- but again Comley finds a way to kick out and again the crowd responds with an “OOOOH!”
Frank Roberts: “After a low blow and all this punishment, I don’t see how he’s not being pinned, Steve.”
Cranson then moves around to Comley’s legs and bends down so that he is holding Comley as if he had just powerbombed him. He then squats down as low as he can get and puts his arms in under the lower back of Comley and slowly but sure picks Comley completely up off the ground powerbomb style and holds him up, letting out a roar of triumph and actually gets a little pop from the crowd because of it.
Steve Richardson: “Max Cranson showing us all that he’s no pushover in the strength department as he dead lifts that 320 pound frame from the ring mat all the way into the air.”
Frank Roberts: “And you know what they say, Steve. What goes up, must come down!”
After Cranson’s roar stops he plants Comley to the mat, powerbomb-style with a loud and thunderous thud and then Max lays across his torso and covers 1…2…thr- but somehow Cromley still kicks out and draws another “OOOOH!” from the crowd.
Steve Richardson: “HardKore Comley is showing us that he’ not only an all out offensive and destructive force, but also just how durable he can be!”
Max can’t believe what he’s seeing as he shakes his head in disbelief looking at the ref and holding up 3 fingers, but to no avail. He then, moves over to Comley’s legs and again prepares to finish it. He hooks both of the legs underneath his arms DDT-style and then starts to turn like he’s gonna do a Giant Swing, but Comley pulls his right leg free and gives a kick to Cranson’s chest causing him to take a step back.
Frank Roberts: “A sign of life from Comley!”
Cranson gets an annoyed look on his face as he moves back in to grab the legs, and once again the heel of Comley’s boot hits Cranson in the chest with a thud, this time sending him back into a seated position. Cranson can’t believe what he’s seeing and with a wide-eyed look on his face he starts to get up, and then Comley sits up and stares him right in the eye, a sinister grin creeps across his face.
Frank Roberts: “Ooooh My!”
Steve Richardson: “Comley just sat up! Run, Cranson! Run!”
Max quickly shoots to his feet and begins throwing elbow shot after elbow shot and then tries to Irish whip Comley who instead whips him across the ring. Cranson gets to the ropes and instead of rebounding he leaps up and springboards off the ropes and comes back at Comley putting his foot out for the UFO (springboard superkick), and connects, sending Comley right back down to the mat. Cranson nods in approval of the blast and leans over Comley’s body once again for the cover 1…2…thr- but Comley somehow kicks out again, this time throwing Cranson’s body up off of him and off to the side. He then sits up again and Cranson shakes his head refusing to let this happen. Cranson then moves to Comley’s legs and leans over to grab them, only to have HardKore Comley sit up and grab him by the throat. Comley then shifts so that he is up to one knee and Cranson slaps his hand down and drops down to the ring mat and rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope to get away from Comley who rubs hit bottom lip with his left hand and looks at it to see a little blood. He then begins laughing in the ring as he licks it off his hand and then laughs even harder.
Steve Richardson: “That’s just nasty.”
Frank Roberts: “If you think that’s bad, just imagine what plans are going on in that head of his!”
Still shaking his head, Cranson walks over to where his Boomstick was placed and picks it up by the handle. He then walks over to the apron, slapping it once to try and intimidate, Comley who just chuckles. Cranson then swings it in a slashing motion under the bottom rope, aiming for Comley’s legs, but Comley steps back and dodges it, then charges forward and hits a dropkick through the bottom rope and knocks Cranson to his back on the floor. Comley ends up in a standing position outside the ring and immediately goes for the Boomstick. He holds it by the handle with both hands while looking down at Cranson and the referee starts warning him from inside the ring. Comley then positions it so his right hand is holding the handle and his left hand is holding the opposite end as if he’s preparing to choke Cranson with it.
Steve Richardson: “Evil intentions by HardKore Comley. Evil indeed!”
But, instead he brings it down, driving the middle over his knee and snaps the thing completely in half. He then tosses the pieces to the side and laughs as brings his attention back to Max Cranson who appears to be angered by the breaking of his Boomstick.
Steve Richardson: “I did not see that one coming, Frank.”
Frank Roberts: “Well he destroyed something, I just assumed it would be Max Cranson!”
Comley then moves in and reaches down to lift Cranson up, only to receive a slap across the face. Comley’s head completely turns and Cranson gets to his feet saying something to Comley. Comley then slowly turns, a smile no longer on his face and Cranson throws another slap, but this time his fist is caught. Comley then does a quick cut throat with his free hand and then hits Cranson with a throat thrust that nearly knocks him off his feet. Comley keeps hold of his arm and then pulls him back in again and then lifts him sidewalk slam style, driving Cranson down, back first onto his knee. Cranson yelps from the pain and then Comley notices the ref’s count up to a 7. He turns around and rolls in under the bottom rope and then rolls back out to restart the count and with a smile he lifts Cranson up to his feet.
Steve Richardson: “What could possibly be going through the mind of that deranged giant?”
Comley then pulls Cranson over to the front of the announce table and turns him so that he’s facing it. He then grabs the back of Cranson’s head and smacks him face first off the announce table. He repeats this two more times before turning Cranson back toward him, lifts him up scoop slam style and then tosses him back first onto the announce table. Cranson yells out in pain and writhes around trying to get his back up off the table to give it some relief.
Steve Richardson: “What impact! Driving Cranson’s spine, right onto the covered announce table!”
Comley then laughs a little and nods with amusement as he picks Cranson right back up off the table into a scoop slam style and then turns around. He then faces toward the exposed steel of the outside of the cornerpost and laughs before charging in and smashing Cranson back first into the steel. Cranson yells out in pain as he is dropped to the floor and he tries to roll away as far as he can, holding his back as he does so. Again, Comley hears the ref yell out a number, this time it’s 6 and he decides to roll in and then roll back out to restart the timer again.
Steve Richardson: “How much longer do we have to sit here and endure this grotesque scene. You’ve clearly proven you’re the stronger man, just let the poor guy lay there for his count out!”
HardKore Comley then lifts Cranson to his feet again, only to get a right punch to the face. He shakes it off quickly and then turns back only to get another one. Comley, this time furious, headbutts into the fist as Cranson swings it causing Max to yelp in pain and pull his hand in close to his chest. Comley then reaches around and grabs Cranson by the back of the head and charges him toward the announce table again. Cranson gets a foot up to stop the momentum and then slips out of Comley’s grasp and heads for the ring. Comley turns just in time to see Cranson leap up onto the apron then leap off going for a UFO (springboard Superkick). Comley manges to narrowly duck under it, and ends up catching Cranson in a powerbomb style. Cranson’s eyes go wide as he begins firing right fist after right fist into Comley. Comley starts to stumble backward at first but then begins laughing as he holds Cranson in there air getting hit repeatedly. Then, with a loud roar he powers Cranson down to the open floor and with a thud Cranson’s wind is swept from his body. He lies there desperately trying to catch his breath while Comley crawls in under the bottom rope and out again to restart the count once again.
Frank Roberts: “What a powerbomb!”
Steve Richardson: “Someone needs to call this match and just get Max Cranson to the back!”
Comley this time is forced to lift Cranson’s weight on his own strength, which appears to be no problem. Once Cranson is too his feet, Comley sets him up so that he is leaning against the apron from the outside of the ring and then puts his big gloved hand on the forehead/top of head of Cranson and begins to squeeze in, applying a claw hold. Cranson fights a little at first, swinging at the big meaty arm of Comley, but can’t put up much of a fight as his energy was already very depleted. Within a minute or so, it was clear that the only reason Cranson was still standing was because of Comley’s arm holding him there. Once Comley was satisfied he looked to his left out toward the audience and bellowed a loud deep laughter before returning his gaze to Cranson’s limp body. He then, transitioned his gloved hand from Cranson’s head to his neck and without a second to spare, lifted him into the air and turned so that there was nothing but open floor before him, and tossed Cranson to the floor finishing The Deep End (Chokeslam) and leaving Cranson a broken mess on the floor.
Steve Richardson: “My God! Max Cranson is broken! We need some EMTs out here now!”
HardKore Comley then rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and then gets to a standing position this time as the ref yells out “8!” Comley then starts laughing out loud so the fans can hear him and he starts getting a few boos. Comley just puts his arms up and does the cutthroat taunt. “9!” Comley then moves in so that he’s behind the referee and lifts his big gloves hand into the air and starts wiggling his fingers around as if he’s setting up for The Deep End (Chokeslam). The ref then yells “10!” and then moves over to signal for the bell to be rung. He then turns around to raise HardKore Comley’s arm only to be grasped by the throat by Comley, who then hoists him into the air and finishes the mighty Chokeslam that he calls The Dead End.
Ring Announcer: “And here is your winner, by countout! HardKore Cooooomleeeey!”
HardKore Comley’s music begins to play and he just starts laughing as he looks down at the referee that he had just chokeslammed. The camera then closes in on his smiling face before fading to commercial break.
~Commercial Break~Frank Roberts: “Hello, we are back from commercial break and we hope that Max Cranson did not sustain any injuries after that vicious assault at the hands of HardKore Comley, who picked up his first regulation win.”
Steve Richardson: “Yes, we hope that all is well, Max. Now for the Number One Contenders match for the Real Wrestling Federation, Television Championship!”
The techno sound at the beginning of Insomniac by Capture the Crown begins to play through the P.A. system and the fans get to their feet, knowing exactly who was coming out. As the guitar part hits and the music’s intensity picks up , William walks out from behind the curtain.
Ring Announcer: “Tonight’s fourth match is scheduled for one fall and is a triple threat, Number One Contender’s match for the RWF Television Championship! Weighing in at 236 pounds! From Platinum, Alaska! William Froooooost!”
Frost is holding his chair in front of his face as he walks out making sure “The Gift” is shown high. After he clears the stage and starts to head down the ramp he lowers the chair revealing his face, and showing the same look as Fall Brawl. Same neatly combed hair, dark green vest, purple tie underneath and a grey button up shirt, also dark purple pants and black dress shoes and his face is painted white, unprofessionally done as there are some spots where his skin shows through the paint, and no paint around his mouth now, but there are painted black blotches around his eyes as before. He heads down straight to the ring then turns to the right, and sets “The Gift” against the barricade before running and rolling in under the bottom ropes. He then gets on the turnbuckle to his immediate left and sits atop it, Indian style and turns his head so that he is looking up the entrance ramp at the stage and awaits his opponents from there.
The music begins to play and a hole opens up in the center of the stage and fog fills the area.
Ring Announcer: “And his first opponent, weighing in at 245 pounds! From Green Bay, Wisconsin! Miiiiiiimic!”
Slowly, a lift rises up from the hole revealing the masked figure that is Mimic. He is doing warm up bounces to the beat of the music as he comes up. Once the lift becomes even with the stage he jumps up as high as he can (about a 4 ft vertical) and then lands on the edge of stage, and explosion of pyro goes off behind him as he lands. He is visibly holding a steel chair in his hands this entrance, it appears to have two words spray painted in black on it “The Present”. The fans cheer and have a decent laugh at the copying ways, but for once William appears not amused. He tilts his head as he sits atop his turnbuckle. Upon reaching the area in front of the ring, Mimic moves over and puts his chair against the barricade, right next to William’s and then turns around toward the ring. He slides in under the bottom rope and moves across the ring to the opposite corner of William, then jumps atop the turnbuckle and sits Indian style staring straight across at William who just returns the gaze, with a plain look on his face. Then, both men turn their attention to the stage as the next theme song hits, neither of them leaving their top rope seated positions.
The music hits and Nathan comes running out with his hands above his head, his index fingers touching his thumbs making a circle and the rest of his fingers completely outstretched. The crowd gives him a pretty big pump, but Mimic and William seem to both be unimpressed as they remain atop their ropes.
Ring Announcer: “And the final opponent, weighing in at 251 pounds! From, West Newbury, Massachusetts! Nathan Haaaaarriiis!”
Nathan stops at the edge of the stage and puts his hand up to his forehead salute-style and holds it for a few seconds, then finishes the salute showing his appreciate to the fans that remain loyal to him despite his opponents. He then, makes his way down the ramp and slaps a few high fives on both sides of the ramp before reaching the area right before the ring. He stops for a second with a confused look on his face, noticing the two men both atop the turnbuckles and kind of puts up his defenses. Nathan then slowly walks over to the steel steps and when neither of the men move, he continues up them. Nathan then moves over to the center of the apron and climbs in through the top and middle ropes. He takes one last look at Mimic then William and once he’s sure they won’t move he takes a couple steps forwad, Mimic drops down as he does this. Harris then throws his arms into the air with authority putting him in the same position as he had done on the stage and Mimic, almost at the exact same time, does the same exact movements. The fans begin laughing and even William Frost utters a little giggle. Nathan gets a confused look on his face and starts to turn around, but Mimic had already climbed back up and was sitting in the same position atop the rope. Nathan then shrugs only to be hit with a flying double axe handle from behind as William comes crashing down with both arms over the back of Harris. The ref then has the bell rung and the match is underway.
Frank Roberts: “Gotta love William Frost and his timely attacks!”
Steve Richardson: “I think what you meant to say was, William Frost starts out the match in familiar fashion. With a cheap shot!”
William wastes no time as he continues hitting falling double axe handles over the back of Nathan each time he tries to get up. Once Nathan’s attempts to stand slow down, William grabs Nathan’s arm and Irish whips him, but instead of letting go for him to run, he pulls him back. Only Nathan overpowers William, holding his ground as Frost pulls and then instead irish whips Frost across the ring, who is then plowed over by a leaping, Mimic who comes down double axe handle style across the chest of William knocking him to his back. Mimic is then knocked to his back right as he reaches his feet, but a shoulder block courtesy of Nathan Harris. Harris then charges for the ropes and rebounds and as Mimic gets to his feet, he leaps going for another one, but is instead met by the standing dropkick from Mimic that knocks him to his back. Mimic then hurries back to his feet only to get pulled back school boy style by William Frost and the ref begins to count 1…t- but doesn’t even get a two count before Mimic kicks out. Both men then get to their feet as fast as they can, trying to be quicker than one another to get the upper hand, only to both be knocked down by a huge double clothesline by Nathan Harris, sending both William Frost and Mimic to their backs with authority getting a pop from the crowd as he does so.
Steve Richardson: “Neither of these three men are going down without a fight, and they are going to show that for damn sure!”
Frank Roberts: “So far I’m liking what I’m seeing out of Nathan Harris in the early going!”
Mimic and Frost both get to their feet quickly and Nathan comes back from the other direction and goes for another double clothesline, but this time both men duck under it and push him in the back causing him to continue his charge. Harris then rebounds and as he turns around, both Mimic and Frost leap up and hit a double dropkick on him that sends him out of the ring through the bottom and middle ropes. Mimic is up to his feet and turns with his hand up, looking for a high five only to be met with a leg as William hits him with the spinning leg lariat, knocking him to his back.
Steve Richardson: “Some unexpected teamwork by William Frost and Mimic to get Nathan Harris out of the ring and halt his momentum.”
Frank Roberts: “Yup and then once he’s done with his partner, Frost dumps Mimic off with quite a kick!”
As Mimic gets up to a kneeling position, Frost hooks him bulldog style and points to the ref as he normally does before he hits The Gift (bulldog driver). But, Mimic has other ideas as he hits pushes both of his fists into the back of Frost’s knees causing him to fall to a kneeling position and release the hold. Mimic then gets to his feet and grabs Frost in a bulldog position, then points to the ref much like Frost just had.
Frank Roberts: “What?! No he wouldn’t!”
Frost however stops Mimic’s little show by lifting him up back suplex style and drops him on his back/neck finishing the maneuver and quickly rolls over to a hands-and-knees position just in time to see Nathan Harris sliding in under the bottom rope. Frost immediately springs to his feet and charges for Harris, throwing a knee forward looking for possible knockout shot, only to be lifted up and tossed over the top of Harris with a back body drop. William manages to adjust his positioning just enough to land on the apron, grabbing the top rope with both hands to keep his balance. Harris then turns his head to make sure Frost is gone and then noticed William still there. Frost jumps up and springboards off the ropes and goes for a missile dropkick, but Harris ducks and moves to the side to get out of the way. Frost slams down to the mat and although appears to have landed pretty hard on his side/ribs he gets up and tries to get defenses up, but Harris gets in behind him before he can turn completely around and grabs him around the waist, lifting him and planting him with a belly to back suplex.
Frank Roberts: “What a fast paced match so far, eh Steve?”
Steve Richardson: “There’s certainly no give in any of these men thus far. All of them are proving they would be worthy candidates of the RWF Television title.”
Nathan Harris then rolls Frost over looking for a cover but gets a hard kick to the chest by Mimic. He falls back to a seated position, and Mimic moves around behind him and gives him another hard kick to the back that causes Nathan to get up to a kneeling position, reaching back with his right hand to nurse his back. Mimic then turns away from Harris and takes a bow to the audience. Harris takes advantage of Mimic’s back being turned and lunges from his kneeling position, only to have Mimic fall back to his back and throw a foot up as he does so, catching Harris across the forehead as he does so and causing him to land in a very awkward position on his neck/shoulder. The ref moves over to check on him and Mimic springs up to his feet and then turns his attention to where William Frost used to be lying and see’s no one there. He then does a slow circle looking around the ring and then starts to peak out around the outside. He then remembers this tactic being used and looks over toward where “The Gift” is normally resting and sees that it’s missing.
Frank Roberts: “Oooh Noooo!”
Steve Richardson: “Look out, Mimic!”
Mimic then turns around, but not fast enough as Frost comes flying in with the chair and cracks it over the head of Mimic, dropping him to the mat like a sack of potatoes. The ref hears it however and starts to turn around. Frost knows he want have enough time to get the chair out of the ring so he drops it in between him and Mimic and then falls to his back holding his head acting like he just got hit.
Frank Roberts: “WHAAAA?!”
Steve Richardson: “He’s faking like he’s the one that got hit so that he doesn’t get disqualified! Oh come on!”
The ref looks back and forth between the two of them and can’t decide what happened so he just picks up the chair and tosses it out of the ring, back toward its original position. Nathan Harris then gets up holding his shoulder and notices both men down and looks back and forth between them, unable to decide who to cover. He then moves over to William Frost and pulls his leg up for the cover.
Frank Roberts: “No, Harris! Wrong one!”
1…2…th- but William throws his shoulder up, doing it ever so dramatically and then as the camera zooms in on him, he gives it a wink then goes back to holding his head with both hands and rolls away. Nathan moves over and lays across Mimic but barely gets down before he is yanked off by William Frost from behind who is now standing. Nathan then turns to view his attacker, and just sees William’s back turned. Then, William takes a step back toward Nathan with his left leg and then fires a back kick with his right leg, connecting with the side of Nathan’s head as he tries to turn away from it, but doesn’t get out of the way.
Steve Richardson: “My God! Nearly took Nathan’s head off!”
Nathan then drops to the mat with a thud and he is motionless aside from a leg or arm twitch here and there. William is about to move over and cover Nathan when he sees Mimic starting to move around and shake the cob webs out of his head. William then moves over to Mimic and brings him up to a kneeling position, forcing him up and giving him a couple slaps to the head as he does so, then puts him into a bulldog position and points to the ref. “You better be watching! OR you’re NEXT!” he says with giddiness in his voice. He then kicks his leg forward and is shoved just enough to throw him off the hold causing Mimic to fall to the mat. William then tilts his head a little and reaches down and pulls Mimic up to a sitting position. He then hits the side of Mimic’s head a couple times, softly with an open hand and says “Anyone home?” and then Mimic falls to his back and throws a kick up as he does so hitting William under the chin and knocking him to his back, the crowd yells “OOOH!” as it happens, everyone surprised by the attack.
Steve Richardson: “My gut feeling tells me that Mimic was using William Frost’s own, feign injury technique against him!”
Frank Roberts: “And he did a perfect job of it too, Steve!”
Mimic then does a spinarooni like movement and ends up on in a kneeling position. He then stands to his full height and takes a bow toward the audience before running the ropes past William’s body and then jumps up to springboard off of them. He then does a moonsault motion through the air and comes down gut-to-gut on Frost. Both men hold their guts after the shot and then Mimic lays down on Frost to make the cover but barely gets a one count before he’s yanked off by Nathan Harris who is now up. Nathan picks Mimic up into the air completely in a back suplex style position, turns Mimic in mid air and then brings him down right on top of William Frost, completing the spin out powerbomb. The crowd then goes nuts as he comes up with his right hand straight up in the air. He then bends down so that his head is in between William’s and Mimic’s and puts his hand in front of his own face and begins waving it drawing a “YOU CAN’T SEE ME” from the crowd. He then runs to the ropes at the opposite side of the ring and rebounds. Upon coming back he does a little shimmy with his shoulders, then brings his right hand up and dusts his left shoulder off with it, brings his left hand up to his right shoulder and dusts it off and then comes down with both fists, hitting them across the heads of both men.
Frank Roberts: “Woah, Steve! A double FIVE knuckle shuffle!”
Steve Richardson: “Very impressive!”
Nathan then steps back and eyes both men as he awaits the first one to get up and be hit with the Attitude Adjustment, however both of them appear to be getting up at the same time. Once they both get to their feet William taps Mimic on the shoulder and yells “You used my own move on me!” Nathan gets a confused look and looks as if he’s about to charge in and Mimic puts his index finger up to Nathan as if to say “Hold on a sec” and then turns to William. “No, you used my move on me!” William’s eyes go wide as he turns away for a second and then he turns back “NO! You did it to me! With the faking!” Mimic then pumps his fist in anger as he turns away from William for a few seconds then turns around and gets right in his face “NOO! You were the one who-“ he is cut off by Nathan Harris. “Hey, can we get back to the match?!” They both look at Harris who stands there with his arms out, clearly baffled by what’s going on and then both William Frost and Mimic turn back to each other as if they are gonna go back to arguing then surprise Nathan with a double superkick that sends him backward to the mat, motionless.
Steve Richardson: “My God! Another double team maneuver by these two and Nathan falls victim to their little game antics.”
Mimic then moves over to cover Nathan, but is ripped off before a one count, by William. Frost then covers only to be ripped off by Mimic, before the one count as well. Mimic then covers Harris again, only to be ripped off of him once again by Frost. The two then stand face to face and then William slaps Mimic across the face. Not even a second later Mimic’s hand comes up, almost as a reflex and slaps William’s face right back. William’s eyes go wide and he charges forward with a lariat, but Mimic drops down and rolls under the bottom rope. William chases him out onto the floor below and then sees Mimic had passed up their two chairs. William then giggles as he reaches down and picks up “The Gift” and a wide grin appears on his face as he turns toward Mimic.
Steve Richardson: “Frost has that damn chair again. At least the ref is paying attention this time!”
The ref starts warning William from inside the ring as he nears Mimic, but William just continues onward so Mimic decides to turn and run. William then raises the chair over his head and chases after Mimic. They do an entire lap around the ring and then on the way back to passing their original position, Mimic stops to grab his chair. He turns around just in time, holding “The Present”, to see Frost swinging the chair at him in a chopping motion. Mimic quickly gets out of the way, charging and sliding in under the ring. Frost’s chair ends up smacking the barricade and the vibration causes him to drop the chair. He takes a couple seconds to shake his hands and then repicks up the chair and turns to see Mimic being bickered at by the referee. He quickly runs and slides into the ring with his chair and comes to a standing position.
Frank Roberts: “What is going on?! Now we’ve got Frost AND Mimic holding chairs in a match where weapons are illegal?!”
William then charges toward Mimic, causing him to back up and accidentally run over the ref, knocking him down but not out. He holds his chin which he hit on the mat and wriggles around on the mat as Mimic and Frost eye each other at center ring. Nathan Harris now up to one knee. The three of them continue to exchange looks and then the firing begins. William swings his chair at the unprotected Nathan Harris, but Mimic tosses his chair to Harris, who catches it horizontally, and is able to block the impact. The metal on metal causes Frost to drop his chair and shake his hands, and Mimic quickly picks it up and jabs it into the gut of Harris who then drops to his knees and let’s go of the chair that was in his hands. Frost then grabs the chair and eyes Mimic, who returns the gaze. They both then see the ref getting to his feet and toss their chairs at one another. They both catch the chairs that were tossed at them and then turn to look at Nathan who is kneeling, holding his gut. They both then toss the chairs from their hands toward Nathan and then they both fall over, acting like they got hit. The chairs land in front of Nathan who looks puzzle. He then turns to see the ref turning around and he lays forward onto both of the chairs leaving the ref puzzled.
Steve Richardson: “What in the hell?! If this isn’t the damnedest thing I ever did see, I don’t know what is!”
Frank Roberts: “Ha ha! This is great, Steve! Entertainment at its finest!”
They all then begin stirring at the same time, and when Mimic notices this he quickly charges forward and hits a dropkick to Harris sending him rolling across the ring in pain. He then gets up and turns to William who just reaches his feet. Mimic then reels back and does a wind up with his arm, imitating one of William’s signature moves and then throws the fist forward. Frost surprises him however as he catches the fist and falls back with it, pulling Mimic over on top of him. In the mess of stacked bodies William ends up locking in a move that we had not seen yet that resembled the Hell’s Gate submission hold!
Frank Roberts: “Woah! Frost reverses Mimic’s attempt to… Well, mimic him and applies a submission hold!”
Steve Richardson: “Yes, Frank. I believe he refers to that move as Pain.”
William pulls down on the back of Mimic’s head causing the hold to tighten and Mimic yells out in pain. He starts reaching out and around frantically trying to catch a rope to break the hold, but can’t reach any. He then swings a few punches with his free hand, but can only hit the thigh of William which seems to have no hold. His hope drains as well as his will to fight as the pain continues to grow and right when he is about to tap, Nathan Harris wraps his arms around the gut of Mimic from behind and tugs him free of the hold, launching him back with a release german suplex that sends him rolling out of the ring, under the bottom rope.
Steve Richardson: “Nathan Harris, with a big save there!”
William quickly springs up to his feet and Nathan charges in. William does a wind up with his fist then throws a fist at the charging Harris, who just ducks under the punch, but instead of blowing by and rebounding he stops and pulls William, by the arm, up onto his shoulders. Then, without giving William a chance to reverse the move, he hits the Attitude Adjustment out of nowhere!
Frank Roberts: “What?! Out of nowhere! How did he?!”
Steve Richardson: “That’s the Attitude Adjustment, Frank!”
Nathan then covers William Frost after the mighty thud 1…2…3! His music begins to play as he gets to his feet and raises both of his arms up, doing a “hanging loose” hand sign as he does so.
Ring Announcer: “And the winner of the match by pinfall, and your Number One Contender for the Real Wrestling Federation Television Championship! Nathaaaannnn Haaaaarrissss!”
The fans go crazy as his name is announced and the camera closes in on his face as it fades to commercial break.
~Commercial Break~Steve Richardson: “We’d like to congratulate Nathan Harris on his win and earning himself the number one contendership for the Television title!”
Frank Roberts: “Yeah, great job! A very good match rewarding a very good competitor!”
When Asylum is ready to enter the arena grows dark and strobe lights begin to flash. A picture of Asylum appears on the jumbotron. A little girl's voice can be heard. She says: Ring around the roses. My head is full of voices. Asylum! Asylum! You're all gonna die!
As soon as her voice fades 'Monster' by Skillet begins to play and Asylum appears dressed in white tee, blue hospital pants, and his restraint mask.
Ring Announcers: “Tonight’s fifth match is a cage match and can only be won, when one of the competitors escapes from the cage and lands with both feet on the outside of the cage! The match is also for the number one contender spot for the RWF World Heavyweight Chaaaampionship! Introducing first, weighing in at 240 pounds! From Shady Acres Mental Hospital Cell D916! Aaasyyyyylumm!”
He slowly walks down the ramp and ignores fans who are trying to get high fives or handshakes. He then reaches the ring and walks up so that his face is just inches from the cage that now surrounded the ring. He then reached up with his hands and grabbed the cage with both hands and then began smacking his head against it. After about 6 smacks he finally let go and as if it didn’t affect him at all, he moved over to the steel steps. He walked right up them in a hurried manner and then climbed through the middle and top ropes. He then backs into his respected corner and begins slapping his head, alternating hands as he awaits his opponent.
The music begins to play and a shower of sparks begins to fall down on and shoot up from the stage area, the sparks being golden and red colored. These run for a couple seconds then Sobek comes walking out and slows down as he passes through the sparks, stopping in the center and slowly raises his arms until they are completely outstretched straight up in the air, his right hand sporting the golden cobra scepter we had seen so much of in his segments.
Ring Announcer: “And his opponent, Weighing in at 326 pounds! From Desouk, Egypt! Sssssssoooobek!”
While he did that, he also raised his head so that he is looking straight up. After a couple seconds of holding the pose he then drops his arms back to his sides and sets his sights on the ring, his gaze only being interrupted when he turns to the occasional fan and mumbles “Soon. Soon you will ssssee the light.” He walks down the ramp giving off an aura that he is high and mighty, kind of tipping his head up toward the ceiling. He then reaches the ring and stops before it to stare up at the cage contraption that surrounded the entire thing. After a couple seconds he nods and then marches onward, walking over to the steel steps that lead to the doorway in the side of the cage. He climbs the steps, his gaze now meeting Asylum’s as he steps over the top rope and into the ring. He moves to center ring, the beady red eyes of his mask never leaving Asylum as he raises his arms high into the air. Once they reach their full height he throws them down with authority causing black flames to shoot up from the turnbuckles all the way up the corners of the cage and above it. He stands there breathing heavy when he feels something yank on his scepter from behind. He turns to see the ref trying to take it from him and he pushes the ref down with his free hand saying “Do not touch my sssscepter” as he does so. He then turns to the audience and nods. After a few moments a normal looking man gets up and climbs over the barricade, holding a burlap sack. Sobek hands the scepter to the man, who then puts it into the sack, and then returns to his seat as instructed. Sobek then turns back to Asylum who appeared to still be slapping himself in the head and then the door was shut and locked.
Frank Roberts: “Here we go, Steve!”
Steve Richardson: “To very strong competitors, both of which are men that you would never want to find yourself locked in a cage with, going head to head right here, only at the Real Wrestling Federation!”
The referee finishes up telling the rules to both Asylum and Sobek and then signals for the bell to be rung and the match is underway. The crowd begins to pick up with cheers just cause of the hype of this match. The two men stand there staring at one another and then Asylum lets out a roar and charges forward slamming into Sobek, shoulder first, and lifting him spinebuster style. Asylum continues the charge, now with Sobek in his arms and runs him back first into the side of the cage. He then begins throwing punches from the left and right into the gut and chest of Sobek. Sobek then puts his left hand on the throat of Asylum and his right hand on the forehead and shoves with all his might, causing Asylum’s head to snap back and his body to fall. But, just as fast as he fell, he is back to his feet and charging forward again. Almost as soon as Sobek leans forward off the cage wall, he is smashed back into it. Asylum then raises a heavy knee shot into the gut of Sobek causing him to bend over. Asylum wastes no time as he fires away with a headbutt on Sobek. He then hits a second and a third, before Sobek shoves him off in the same way, causing Asylum to fall to his back. But, again Asylum shoots right back up and charges forward, this time however his anger is halted as the huge boot of Sobek comes up to impede his march, colliding with his chin, neck and chest and knocking him down hard. Sobek then shakes his head trying to knock the cob webs as Asylum gets up a little slower this time.
Frank Roberts: “Man, oh man Steve! Asylum is definitely taking out some anger at the start of this one.”
Steve Richardson: “You said it, Frank. Sobek just barely gets that boot up in time to stop it, or he could be beaten to a pulp by now.”
Once Asylum is up, Sobek this time takes it to him with a hard left that causes Asylum’s head to turn. Sobek then fires a straight jab from the right that hits Asylum in the forehead as he turns back to face Sobek. He fires another and another and this seems to infuriate Asylum as he lashes out with a lariat. Sobek side steps it, and then as Asylum turns back around Sobek delivers a massive uppercut that causes Asylum to fall to a seated position. Before Asylum can even start getting up, Sobek charges forward and runs him over with a big boot sending him from the seated position to his back. Sobek then, reaches down and lifts Asylum up to a kneeling position, then grabs him by the throat with his right hand. He then uses his left hand to repeatedly jab Asylum around 8 times then reaches down with the left hand and also puts it around the throat of Asylum and begins choking him. Asylum starts thrashing about, grabbing both of Sobek’s wrists to try and pull the grasp around his throat free. Asylum realizes he can’t pull the grip free so he instead moves his grip to the sides of Sobek’s abdomen and charges him forward, looking to smash him against the cage wall again. However, right as they reach it Sobek turns and uses the momentum of the pushing to pick up Asylum by the throat and toss him back first into the cage wall. Asylum then lands on his front side with a thud, but immediately starts picking himself up off the mat.
Steve Richardson: “What a toss by Sobek! Completely launching Asylum into the side of the cage!”
Sobek then grabs the back of Asylum’s head as he reaches his feet, and then brings Asylum’s head toward the cage. However, Asylum puts his foot up and stops the momentum then throws a hard elbow into the gut of Sobek causing him to bend over. He then grabs Sobek by the back of the tights and back of neck and tosses him face first into the wall of the cage. Asylum lets go of the back of Sobek’s tights after the collision, but holds the back of his neck, causing Sobek to remain in a kneeling position, with his head being pushed into the cage wall. Sobek puts both of his hands up onto the cage wall and starts pushing off, slowly pulling himself off the cage wall against Asylum’s pushing force. But, Asylum sees it and reaches up with his foot and smashes the fingers of Sobek’s left hand causing him to let go and then he is slammed right back against the cage wall. Asylum then grabs the back of Sobek’s head and pulls it back then throws it forward into the cage wall. He then does this again, and again, and again, and after the fourth one pushes Sobek’s head into the cage as hard as he can and starts sliding Sobek’s masked face across the metal chain links of the fence. He gets about 3 or 4 slides back and forth before Sobek finally throws an elbow back that hits right below the armpit in the rib area and Asylum lets go.
Steve Richardson: “Sobek finally escapes the clutches of Asylum after that vicious attack using the cage wall to his advantage.”
Frank Roberts: “I didn’t think a big man like Sobek would be letting Asylum keep him pinned to that wall for too long!”
Sobek then turns and throws another uppercut, using his turning momentum behind it and knocks Asylum for a loop, as he goes straight to his back. He quickly gets back to his feet, but not before Sobek could slip in behind him. Sobek then wraps his big arm around Asylum’s head from behind and pulls him down reverse DDT style. However, Asylum remembers this and swings his right fist back and catches Sobek in the head. He then repeats this multiple times before Sobek finally just throws him down to the mat. Sobek then backs up and rebounds off the ropes, then comes forward and leaps up, coming down across the chest of Asylum leg drop style. Sobek then gets to his feet and pulls Asylum, who is already up to a hands-and-knees position, up with him. He then throws a heavy right at Asylum, but Asylum blocks it and fires back. Sobek catches the punch and then fires a lariat and Asylum ducks underneath it. Sobek then turns around and Asylum lunges at him going for a forearm smash, but Sobek bends back matrix style and dodges it, causing Asylum to sail right over him. Sobek then comes back up and turns just in time to see Aslum coming back at him. He stretches out his long arms and grabs Asylum by the throat with both hands, quickly lifts him straight up and then brings him down in a sit-out chokeslam style with a loud thud.
Steve Richardson: “With Authority!”
Frank Roberts: “I’ll say, what a chokeslam!”
Sobek quickly moves around to the head of Asylum and pulls his right arm up toward his head as he moves. He quickly puts his own arm around Asylum’s neck and pulls Asylum’s own arm across his face at the same time, hooking the hand of the arm on Asylum’s neck to the bicep of the other arm, locking in the Death Grip (see Sobek’s profile page for link).
Frank Roberts: “The Death Grip! The Death Grip, Steve!”
Steve Richardson: “I think this is the first we’ve seen of this maneuver here in the RWF, but apparently before here, this was his finisher elsewhere. He uses the position of his own arm and the opponent’s to cut off the blood flow from those main arteries in the neck to the brain, causing the opponent to pass out.”
Frank Roberts: “And with that big of a man applying it, chances of escape are slim to none!”
Asylum then rolls over so that Asylum is laying sideways on top of his left arm so he can’t use it in an attempt to escape and he is forced to just lay there and take it. Asylum’s thrashing is very violent at first, however Sobek manages to hold on and it slows down over time. He lies there with the hold tightened in for nearly 6 minutes before Asylum finally stops moving completely and then Sobek wiggles him a little from side to side to make sure there’s nothing left in him and then let’s go of the hold and rolls the body away from him, eyeing the top of the cage as he does so.
Frank Roberts: “Is Asylum out cold?! Has Sobek done the impossible?!”
Steve Richardson: “It looks like that might be the case, Frank!”
Sobek then puts his right foot up into one of the links of the cage wall and reaches up, pulling himself up onto the wall. He then reaches up for another step, but feels something grab his ankle. He shakes his head in disbelief before looking down to see Asylum had not moved, but his hand was grasping the ankle of Sobek.
Steve Richardson: “How in the hell?!”
Frank Roberts: “He’s still in there, Steve!”
Steve Richardson: “Six minutes of no bloodflow to the brain and he is somehow still fighting?! This man is unreal!”
Sobek tries just shaking the arm off his ankle, but to no avail so he hops back down to the mat. Sobek then lifts Asylum into a kneeling position and he is barely even able to keep balance enough to stay up on his own. Sobek then reaches down and grabs his arm and pulls him up to a standing position with it. Sobek then puts Asylum’s head between his legs and then wraps his arms down and around the waist of Asylum. He proceeds to pull Asylum up into a crucifix powerbomb style, only to have Asylum drop down over his shoulder and immediately charge for the ropes. Sobek turns around, confused, and then gets hit with a spear that takes him off his feet by the rebounding Asylum!
Steve Richardson: “How is he still fighting, Frank?! This is simply inhuman!”
Sobek lies there holding his gut, and Asylum lies face down where he landed, motionless as if he had never gotten up. After a few moments of nursing where he’d been hit, Sobek slowly pulls himself up using the cage wall and looks down at Asylum, holding his gut. After a couple seconds, Sobek takes a step toward Asylum, who then out of nowhere rolls over onto his back and Sobek stops, surprised by the sudden moment. Then, Asylum sits up, staring straight forward.
Frank Roberts: “What the heck is going on, Steve?!”
Steve Richardson: “To hell if I know. I don’t even know how Asylum is still showing signs of life at all. He should be out for another couple hours!”
After a couple seconds, Asylum’s head then slowly turns to face Sobek, and his eyes are wide full of anger. Sobek then charges forward going for a boot to the head, but Asylum lies back to dodge it. He then quickly jumps up to his feet and charges after Sobek, smashing him against the cage wall as soon as he turns around, with a body splash. Sobek then stumbles forward and Asylum lifts him up Sidewalk Slam style, and drops him down almost instantly finishing the move. Sobek tries to roll away and Asylum instantly jumps on his back and wraps his arm around Sobek’s neck applying Lights Out (Sleeper Hold). Sobek immediately rolls over so that he is on top of Asylum smashing him down against the mat with his 320 pound frame, but Asylum just continues to pull the hold tighter and tighter. Sobek then rolls over once more so that Asylum is once again on top of him and with Asylum on his back, gets up to a hands-and-knees position. Sobek then shakes his head a couple times, trying to keep himself in the match and then forces himself to a kneeling position, and reaches up grabbing the cage wall to help balance him.
Steve Richardson: “Sobek is doing his best to break the hold, but Asylum has it locked in so tight!”
Frank Roberts: “I dunno, Steve. It’s a miracle alone that Asylum is even moving after how long that hold is locked in. Maybe that prophecy of Sobek’s was wrong?”
Sobek then uses the cage wall to pull himself to a standing position, and Asylum remains on his back with the sleeper hold applied. Sobek turns around and stumbles his way out to the center of the ring, before dropping down to one knee. Asylum continues to wrench on the hold and Sobek is feeling it’s effects. Sobek rests there for a couple seconds and then gets to his feet and charges backward, slamming Asylum into the cage wall. Asylum grunts from the pain but keeps true to the hold. Sobek then crawls on his hands and knees out to center ring again with Asylum still hanging on and waits for a second. He then tries shaking Asylum off but to no avail and then, forces himself up again and charges backward smashing Asylum against the cage wall with his body, but again Asylum holds on tightly. Sobek then turns around, preparing for a last try at breaking the hold and then sees the man whom he had handed his scepter to before the match began and nods in the man’s direction. Not even a second later the man had pulled the golden cobra scepter out of the burlap sack. The man then runs toward the cage, jumping the barricade on his way. Then, right as the guards get there to stop him, he tosses the scepter up and over the top of the cage and it lands in the center of the ring with a thud. Security then drags the man off to the back, and he goes without a fight.
Steve Richardson: “Oh no! Don’t let it be a win like this! C’mon Sobek, you’re better than that!”
Asylum then looks down at Sobek in his grasp and up at the scepter only a few feet away and then smiles beneath his mask as he releases the hold on Sobek who immediately begins coughing, and his hands go to his neck. Asylum then rams Sobek’s head into the cage wall with his knee and moves over to the scepter. He kicks it with his boot a couple times to make sure it’s nothing tricky and then reaches down and picks it up.
Frank Roberts: “Looks like Sobek’s plan is gonna back fire on him, eh Steve?”
Asylum then looks at Sobek who is in a kneeling position, his head laying back against the cage and his hands holding his neck. Asylum then grabs the scepter with both hands and raises it high above his head. Then all the sudden the eyes on the scepter begin glowing, as well as the ones on Sobek’s mask. Asylum’s head then tilts as he notices this and then he grunts with pain as the scepter begins to grow very hot. Smoke starts coming out from under his hand where he’s holding it and he lets out an even louder grunt, then brings the scepter down, smacking it over the head of Sobek and causing him to fall onto his side on the mat. Asylum then drops the scepter and pulls his hands up in front of him to see the effects of the burning and they are bright red, already beginning to blister.
Steve Richardson: “What in the hell is going on here?!”
Asylum then turns around and marches to the opposite end of the ring and puts both hands up onto the cage to start climbing when he notices someone coming down the entrance ramp. His eyes go wide with anger when he realizes it’s none other than his doctor from Shady Acres mental hospital, Dr. Seville. “NO! What the hell are you doing here?!” he yells as he bashes the cage with both fists.
Frank Roberts: “Who is this?!”
Dr. Seville walks all the way down to the edge of the ring and stands with just the cage separating himself from the monster that is Asylum. The doctor just stands there looking up at him from wide open eyes and a draped open mouth for nearly a minute before reaching his right hand into his lab coat. Asylum then notices the look on the doctor’s face matches the rest of Sobek’s followers , but it’s too late, for right as he starts to turn around, the golden cobra scepter smashes across the side of his mask, busting right through it and sending shards of plastic all over the ring floor then smacking right against the raw flesh of Asylum’s face. Sobek then catches Asylum before he falls and pins him against the cage wall, pushing his arm against it as hard as he could. Chris Gavrilidis and Michael Manson then come out from the crowd on either side, the same look on both of their faces, and they lift the doctor up so that he is now head height with Asylum who is pinned to the cage, struggling his hardest.
Steve Richardson: “More of Sobek’s followers and look at the look on the doctor’s face. They are all in on it! Asylum is gonna get screwed over!”
The doctor then pulls his hand out of his coat revealing a syringe. He squirts a little to make sure it’s effective and then move in to make the injection, however right as he sticks it into Asylum’s skin, Asylum breaks free. He throws Sobek off of his back as he pushes off the cage. Sobek does a back roll and comes up charging, as Asylum rips the needle out of his arm. Sobek then throws out a powerful big boot, but Asylum side steps it then catches Sobek in a bulldog style and shoves the needle right into the cobra eye of Asylum’s mask, pushing it in as far as it’ll go and then pushing the plunger of the syringe all the way in to inject the liquid. The crowd and announcers remain silent as they watch in amazement. Sobek’s body remains completely frozen as Asylum takes a couple steps back. After a few moments of watching him, Asylum runs the opposite way and rebounds off the ropes then charges for Sobek, only to have Sobek suddenly spring to life and lift Asylum gutwrench powerbomb style. In the same fluent motion, Sobek also falls with the Egyptian Conniption (see Sobek’s profile for the link) impact. Sobek then gets up onto the back of Asylum, in a mount position, and jabs the fangs of his cobra mask down as hard as he can into the side of Asylum’s neck. He sits in that position for about 20 seconds before bringing his head up slowly. “It issss done.” He says in a high and mighty voice, and then the doctor nods and the two men set him down so that he is standing on his own again.
Steve Richardson: “I’m still confused as to what in the hell just happened or what is going on altogether?!”
Frank Roberts: “I wish I could help, but I’m in the same boat, Steve”
The doctor then walks over to the cage door and Sobek walks to the wall of the cage that is facing the entrance ramp/stage. He then makes his way up and over the cage wall and then let’s himself drop to the outside, landing on his feet. The entire way up and over, Asylum’s body doesn’t so much as twitch.
Ring Announcer: “And the winner of the match, and the number one contender for the RWF World Heavyweight Championship, Sssssssooooobek!”
Sobek’s music begins to play and the cage doors are unlocked and 4 buff security guards enter the cage with the doctor. They put a straight jacket on him and get everything fastened, and by the time that is done a container that resembled a vertical coffin with breathing holes is wheeled up to the ring. The four buff men lift Asylum up and place him in it and then the doctor closes it and locks all the locks on it. The scene then fades to commercial as the buff men begin wheeling the cart up the entrance ramp.
~Commercial Break~Frank Roberts: “Well I don’t know about you, Steve. But, that was probably the most odd thing I’ve seen in my commentating career.”
Steve Richardson: “It was something you expect to see in a television show, Frank. Not here in a professional wrestling facility. I for one, have goosebumps.”
Frank Roberts: “Well hopefully this next match will help us to recover from that.”
The music begins to play and immediately every fan in the arena is on their feet. “He is Great! He is Great! He is Great!” (like “ECW!” chants) chants break out even before he comes out from the backstage area. Then, Alexander the Great finally steps out from the curtain with his title draped over his shoulder and a visible smirk on his face.
Ring Announcer: “Tonight’s fifth main event is a Champion versus Champion, non title match-up! Introducing first, weighing in at 235 pounds! From St. Louis, Missouri! He is your RWF World Heavyweight Champion! Alexaaaaaaaaander The Greeeeaaaat!”
The fans go crazy as he puts his right arm straight out to the side then, folds it in at the elbow flexing his muscle, holding his title on his left shoulder with his other arm. He sports bright red tights, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist bands and boots. Once again he bears a t-shirt of his instead of the armor. The front of the shirt looks like the front of a suit of armor and the back reads “Not Worthy!” He makes his way down the ramp pointing at fans on both sides as he walks saying “Not Worthy!” each time he does so, the fans eat it up as they join in yelling the slogan each time. Upon reaching the ring, he walks up to the apron and lays his title on it so that the plating is facing upward and then slides it in under the ropes. He then takes a couple steps back and starts doing some warm up bounces as the fans continue on with the “He is Great!” chants. He then raises his left arm as he continues bouncing to show his appreciation for the chants and then he leaps up and lands with both feet on the apron, catching the top rope with both hands and right as his feet hit the apron a burst of pyro shoots up from each of the cornerposts. He then steps into the ring through the middle and top ropes, pulls his t-shirt over his head and off and tosses it out into the audience. Alexander then grabs his title and drapes it over his shoulder and backs into his respected corner to await his opponent.
" There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can't take part. You can't even passively take part. And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus and you've got to make it stop. "
" wretches and kings " by Linkin Park is heard throughout the blackened arena as spot lights circle the arena and stop on one spot in the crowd as a red X is shown on the crowd. Xavier makes his way down to the ring with his title around his waist. Some of the crowd gets behind him, but unfortunately for him the crowd seems to be very over on Alexander the Great. Xavier then jumps over the barricade and rolls in under the bottom rope, coming up with his title belt unbuttoned and held high above his head by one of the straps. He raises his free hand as well to meet the title holding one and backs into the corner opposite of Alexander the great, how watches him with a cocky smirk, and one eye brow raised as he is clearly unimpressed. Xavier’s music then fades as he lowers his title to his shoulder, but then throws it right back into the air again getting a pretty big pop from the crowd and a short-lived “Serikaz! Serikaz! Serikaz!” chant. Alexander then let’s out a snort of laughter and then throws his title up into the air and the crowd practically blows the roof off. Alexander then lifts his free arm at a 90 degree angle and extends his index finger up into the air. He then acts like he’s gonna point at Xavier and the crowd yells “NOT WORTHY!” Alexander gets a wide grin on his face as he waves the finger side to side saying “Not yet, my people.” He then starts to lower the arm again and the crowd jumps the gun once again “NOT WORTHY!” they yell. He laughs a good hearty laugh and then shakes his head. He then looks away from Xavier as he drops his arm to an outreached position so that the finger is pointing at Serikaz and the crowd yells it once more. “NOT WORTHY!” Alex then repeats the motion, bending his arm and then dropping it and everytime his finger points to Xavier the crowd yells “NOT WORTHY!” After about 5 times of doing this Alexander stops and turns around, throwing the title up again with authority and looking Xavier in the eyes as he says “Gold always beats Silver” and then backs up to his corner.
Frank Roberts: “Here we go, Steve. You ready for Champion versus Champion action?!”
Steve Richardson: “You better believe I am!”
The ref then takes the championships from both men and passes them out to the ring announcer and then has the bell rung, starting the match. Alexander and Xavier move in to center ring and lock up and the crowd is already getting behind the match. Alexander is able to overpower Xavier and start to push him back up. After three steps backward, Xavier tries to make a move to spin around and get behind Alexander, but Alex expects it and catches Xavier with his arm and pushes him back. Xavier then sizes up Alexander for a moment then tries faking to the left and going to Alex’s right, but Alexander would have none of it as he catches Xavier once again and pushes him back. Xavier barely stops after the push before darting forward and attempting to slide through Alexander’s wide stance legs, but Alexander reaches down and pins Xavier down, catching him at the thighs and then tilts his head saying “Did you really think that would work?” and then shoves Xavier’s body back again. Xavier then gets to his feet and Alexander shakes his hands awaiting the next move. Xavier then shrugs and leaps up and goes for a dropkick. Alexander tilts his body to dodge it then reaches out and catches Xavier’s left leg as he comes down. Xavier lands on one leg, facing away from Alexander. He does two mini hops and then rolls forward, doing a front flip motion and his foot comes loose from Alexander’s grip and at the same time his free foot’s heel catches Alexander underneath the chin causing him to stumble backward.
Frank Roberts: “Xavier finally gets a move by Alexander’s top notch defense.”
Steve Richardson: “That just proves that persistence pays off, Frank!”
Xavier quickly whips himself around so that he’s standing facing Alexander again and he charges forward leaping up, and hitting a rolling kick on Alex, causing him to fall to his back. Xavier then gets to his feet again and Alexander surprises him with some speed of his own as he is up to his feet quickly. Alexander then goes at Xavier, who side steps a clothesline and at the same time goes for an Arm drag. Alex adjusts his positioning to stop from being flipped over and then instead hits an arm drag on Xavier tossing him onto his back, on the mat of the ring. Xavier immediately pops up to his feet but is immediately knocked to his back again as Alexander runs in and hits a chop block on him. Alexander then rolls over onto Xavier and applies a headlock. He wrenches down on it and then rolls Xavier so that his shoulders are down. 1…t- but he manages to get the shoulder back up before a two count. Alexander then wrenches a little tighter and Xavier lets out a yelp and then takes that as a wakeup call. He immediately shoots up to one knee, Alexander still holding the headlock. Xavier throws an elbow into the gut of Alexander, but the hold remains strong. He then throws another and another before getting up to a standing position, only to have Alexander do a rolling motion. He ends up doing a hip toss like maneuver and ends up slamming Xavier down on his back again and continues wrenching down on the headlock.
Frank Roberts: “Something isn’t right here, Steve. Does it seem like Xavier is a little sluggish? Maybe he’s not his full-skilled self tonight?”
Steve Richardson: “Now that you mention it, Frank. He doesn’t seem to be on his A-game so to speak.”
Alexander then bounces his body on Xavier’s as he wrenches down on the headlock, causing more pressure and Xavier responds immediately, slipping out from under Alexander and into a kneeling position, but Alexander holds true to the headlock. Xavier then hits an elbow to Alexander’s gut once again. He repeats this again, and again, then instead of trying to stand up he brings his foot up and puts it against Alexander’s side, then pushes off and he slips free of the hold and knocks Alexander of balance and he ends up falling to one knee before recovering. Alexander then charges at Xavier looking for a big clothesline, but Xavier ducks under it and runs for the opposite ropes. As he gets close he bends forward and puts his hands to the mat and then does a front handspring. Xavier then allows his legs to bounce off the ropes, causing him to rebound. He then springs up at Alexander, doing a back flip as he comes out of the handspring and catches Alexander around the head, with his legs and hits a headscissors takedown.
Frank Roberts: “Finally showing some signs of the athletic, Television Champ that we know!”
Alexander immediately comes up to his feet and Xavier charges at him. He waits till the last second and then bends down and launches Xavier up and over his shoulder, back body drop style. Xavier transitions in the air and lands on the ropes behind Alexander, then goes to springboard off of them, but Alexander remembers who his opponent is and turns around in time to kick the middle rope out from under him, causing Xavier to slam down back first on the mat. Xavier tries to immediately get up, but Alexander is there waiting for him and gives him a hard right punch to the head. He then swings another, but this time Xavier catches it and throws a right of his own that catches Alexander across the jaw. He then swings another right, but it gets caught by Alexander, who then reaches in with his other hand so that he’s holding Xavier’s arm with both of his hands. Alexander then proceeds to yank Xavier toward himself by the arm, and then clotheslines Xavier down to the mat. Noticing the sluggishness, Alexander decides to test it, he pulls Xavier into a sitting position by his arm and then puts his arms around Xavier’s head/neck as if he’s going to lock in the Anaconda Guillotine, but Xavier quickly wriggles free of it and then back roll twice to make some distance between himself and Alexander, which causes Alexander to smirk.
Frank Roberts: “Xavier quickly recognizes that deadly Anaconda Guillotine and gets himself out of the way.”
Steve Richardson: “And a smart move at that!”
Alexander then puts his hands up boxer style and slowly makes his way toward Xavier, being careful not to let him get by as he does so. He then nears Xavier and throws a quick left jab that Xavier manages to turn away from. Alexander then nods as he does a few bounces then throws a quick jab from both sides, the first one missing, but the second barely knicks Xavier’s cheek. Alexander then smirks and nods again before doing a couple more little bounces. He then throws out a right jab first this time that catches Xavier off guard and hits him right in the jeek/jaw area. He stumbles back and Alexander throws two quick left jabs that both hit the head of Xavier and then he fires in a right haymaker that Xavier barely ducks under. Xavier then ends up behind Alexander and he quickly jumps up and hits a reverse bulldog (zigzag-like move) that plants Alexander to the mat hard, with a thud. Alexander lies there for a second and Xavier lets out a deep sigh of relief. However, that relief is short-lived as Alexander springs up to his feet ready to go once again.
Steve Richardson: “There’s another situation you never wanna find yourself in with Alexander the Great. He’s an excellent kick boxer so any standoffs with melee fighting will usually be lost to him.”
Frank Roberts: “He’s just an expert all around, Steve. That’s why they call him Great!”
Alexander then makes sure to keep Xavier on the move and out of his comfort zone as he charges in looking for another knockout clothesline, but Xavier manages to duck under it. Alexander quickly turns, and Xavier leaps up looking for an enzuigiri, only to have Alexander just get his hand up in time to stop it. Alexander then catches the foot in a DDT-style and without any sort of hint of his intention he rolls Xavier over onto his back and sits on his back for a half Boston Crab. Xavier groans from the pain but sees a rope within a couple feet of his reach and starts trying to drag his body, with Alexander on top of him, to the rope to break the hold. Alexander then remembers about Xavier’s last match and his weakened left ankle. He then lets the leg slide free of his grip until he just as the foot in his hand, then stands up off of Xavier, still holding the foot, and applies a high angle Achilles tendon lock. Xavier’s eyes go wide as the pain instantly shoots up his leg and he yells out.
Steve Richardson: “Alexander remembers the hurt ankle and is taking FULL advantage of it!”
Xavier then kicks his crawling into overdrive as he pulls himself and Alexander the next foot or so in two big lunges and then reaches out and snags the rope. Alexander lets go after a 3 count from the ref and then squats down low, sizing up the off-game Xavier and knows he’s got him right where he wants him.
Frank Roberts: “Alexander may be looking to end it right here!”
Xavier slowly gets up to his feet trying not to put too much weight on the sensitive ankle as he doesn’t want to reawaken anymore problems with it. He then turns around and sees Alexander do a spin and quickly dives to his right, going through the ropes and onto the floor below to dodge the knock out spinning back fist of Alexander, who then smirks. Xavier then pulls himself along the apron and around the corner of the ring, now in front of the announce table. Alexander waits a few seconds confused as to where Xavier is going and then climbs out of the ring and onto the floor to follow. Xavier gets up to his feet in front of the announce table and then walks his way over to the side where the ring announcer is sitting, with a slight limp. He then pushes the ring announcer aside, folds up the chair and picks it up before turning to face Alexander who is now only a few feet away. Xavier then holds the chair with his right hand and puts his left hand up to stop Alexander who just smirks. “C’mon man. I can’t afford to hurt my ankle. I need this, more than you think. I got people depending on me. Just back off for a sec.” Xavier says to Alexander who just lets out a chuckle and turns to the fans. “Does anyone think I should leave this poor peasant alone?” he asks with a loud chuckle then he turns back to Xavier who brings the chair down hard over his head, dropping him to the floor.
Steve Richardson: “What the hell?! Why would he go and do something like that?! This isn’t like Xavier at all!”
Frank Roberts: “Yeah, what is going on in Xavier’s head?”
The crowd begins to boo as the bell is rung signaling the end of the match, but Xavier is not done. “I told you to just back off, but you couldn’t could you!?” he yells at Alexander. He then turns and puts the chair into the ring under the bottom rope then goes back to Alexander and begins to lift his body up.
Ring Announcer: “And your winner of the Champion versus Champion match, the Real Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Champion! Alexaaaaaaaander the Greeeaaat!”
Xavier lifts Alexander up to a standing position and pushes him into the ring under the bottom rope behind the chair. He then enters the ring himself and picks Alexander up and walks him over to the turnbuckle and sets him in a standing position against it. Xavier walks over to the chair and picks up it, then moves over to face Alexander. “It’s time someone popped that ego filled head of yours!” Xavier yells as he raises the chair high over his head, only to have Alexander come spinning off the corner and hits a Spinning Back Fist across the jaw/cheek area of Xavier and jerks his head to the left. Xavier drops the chair behind him and slowly tips over till he falls forward. Alexander then catches him and brings him up to a standing position so that they are face-to-face. “I wasn’t going to hurt your ankles, Xavier. But, you just made it personal.” He then turns to the side and throws Xavier face first into the turnbuckle, and his body just crumbles to the mat in front of it afterwards.
Steve Richardson: “Uh oh, it sounds like Xavier is in for it now!”
Alexander then grabs the chair in his right hand and pulls Xavier’s left leg out straight to expose the sensitive ankle and then reels back and smacks the chair over the ankle. Xavier yells out in pain reaching down for the ankle. Alexander then uses his foot to push Xavier back against the corner and swings the chair again, smacking the ankle. Xavier yells out even louder this time and closes his fists tightly as the pain surges through him. Alexander then drops the chair and moves Xavier so that his shoulders and head are in under the bottom turnbuckle pad. He then grabs the chair again and unfolds it and places it around the ankle of Xavier. After that, he pulls Xaviers leg back and bends it an Achilles tendon lock style and then pins the chair in between the top and middle turnbuckle so that Xavier is stuck in it. He yells in pain as he struggles to get free and then Alexander runs in and kicks it to stuff it in even more, not to mention crushes Xavier’s ankle between the chair seat and back. Alexander then moves over to the ropes of the ring nearest to the announce table and calls for a microphone. Xavier continues yelling in pain as they hand Alexander a microphone and he immediately puts it to his lips, resting his right foot on the bottom rope as he talks.
Alexander the Great: “I’m not normally a violent man. I just do what it takes to win. But, when you make things personal to me, no matter how good you think you are, you will never be GREAT!”
The crowd gives him some cheers as he turns toward the screaming Xavier who is desperately trying to get his leg free but he can’t because of the position that he is pinned in.
Alexander the Great: “Even you, champ.”
Alexander then puts on his infamous smirk and puts his index finger high into the air. He walks around the ring with the left index finger raised high and the mic to his lips and then in one motion he puts the mic to his lips and points the finger at Xavier and yells.
Alexander the Great: “NOT WORTHY!”
The crowd yells it with him and then breaks out into wild cheers. Alexander then drops the microphone and chargers in and hits another booth to the chair and this time you see Xavier’s ankle bend in a way it’s not supposed to and it doesn’t pop back into place and the camera’s are forced to immediately go black and the show ends.
