The day after Chris calling out Slash and Scream on their "intimidation tactics", the interviewer approaches them outside their locker room in the hallway, catching up to them, as they are leaving to go train again. The interviewer motions to them that he's coming over, but they ignore his motions and start to walk right by him. However, the interviewer is persistent and continues after the two men.
Interviewer: "Hey guys, me again. I'd just like a quick response to Chris's reaction to your comments yesterday."
The Interviewer got no reply, but continued to follow after them, knowing that if he doesn't bring in the information, he doesn't get paid. Slash and Scream both took a left upon exiting the hallway, to cut through the lobby on their way to the gym.
Interviewer: "Slash... Scream... Anything at all? I think he's calling you out!"
The two just ignored him and pressed on, making a straight shot for the gym doors and picking up their pace to a brisk walk, attempting to lose the interviewer. The interviewer however, began jogging to keep up and had one last attempt before they reached the gym.
Interviewer: "He believes" -takes a breath- "You guys" -takes a breath" "Are just kidding yourselves" -takes a breath- "And trying to scare him" -takes a breath- "He says your both" -takes a breath- "full of it!" -takes a breath- "and that he can take you both on" -takes a breath- "by himself!"
The two stopped abruptly about 10 feet from the door, causing the interviewer to accidentally bump into Scream, who turned around first. Slash turned around slowly after and began to speak.
Slash: "Saying things, and meaning things are completely different things in themselves."
He pauses putting his gloved hand up onto the brick wall and eyeing said wall, from floor to ceiling. His same soothing, accent infused (like Bane from Batman) voice, no more worked up than it had been the first time we heard from him.
Slash: "Chris may have told the world that he isn't afraid, that he knows of our supposed intimidation techniques and obvious mind games, but his anger from our comments just shows that he truly is afraid. He got angry, because he knows that we speak is nothing but truth."
Slash then slides his hands down the wall, covering over a couple bricks before turning back to the interviewer.
Slash: "By showing he really is scared, Chris showed weakness... And although one minor weakness won't bring down an entire stronghold..."
He pauses for a second before turning and with the momentum, throws a punch that takes about a half of a baseball sized chunk out of the brick wall where he had rubbed before. He then bends down and picks up the piece and holds it out before speaking again.
Slash: "It will allow us to chip away at his foundation."
Slash then turns and begins to walk away. After a few steps he stops and turns his head sideways, talking over his shoulder back at the interviewer.
Slash: "The foundation can only take so many chips, Chris."
He then whispers the last few words.
Slash: "Before the entire structure comes crashing down."
Slash then continues walking and as he steps away another chunk falls out of the wall, this one just a little bigger than the last and shatters as it hits the ground. Slash continues on through the gym doors without another word. The interviewer and camera focus on the second piece that had fallen, then both get startled from the sound of another fist hitting the brick wall, the sudden sound causing them both to jump. Scream had hit the wall in the same place, causing more little pieces to fall. He also let out a chuckle as he walked away, entertained by his startling of the interviewer.
Interviewer: "Scream, do you have any words for William Frost?"
Scream stops right in front of the Gym doors and without turning around, speaks in his low growl, robotic sounding voice (like Urgot from League of Legends).
Scream: "William Frost, is merely a man."
He stops for a moment looking down at his open hand, and then continues to speak.
Scream: "And a mere man, can say and think whatever he wants about himself."
He again stops, pausing for a few seconds and looks straight ahead again.
Scream: "Another fact about men."
Scream now looking forward pauses one last time and then clinches his open hand shut into a fist.
Scream: "They can be... Broken."
With those resounding through the air, the interviewer stood there for a moment before turning back to the camera man and spoke words in a rather small voice.
Interviewer: "Not much else needs to be said, other than things seem to be heating up here in the backstage area heading into the debut of RWF. Stay tuned for more."
With that the camera slowly fades to black ending the segment.
